Those with great power, Vajra-eyed and arrow-eared ones, all beings dwelling on this earth, by my name, so-and-so, for the purpose of offering to the Buddhas and benefiting sentient beings, in this auspicious place, may the excellent mandala arise greatly, when acting as thought, may you not create obstacles, but be good friends. Thus, I ask you for forgiveness, without deceiving, please show all signs such as dreams, and show good and bad omens. Recite this three times and make the request. Then, if capable, in the stove of all activities, offer burnt offerings to the deities of the mandala and the protectors of the world. Then, with human bone ash, with the mantra of Harm Beauty (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), perform burnt offerings to pacify obstacles. If not capable, pacify the obstacles with water from the mantra of all activities. Then, in the center of the examined ground, with the action vajra blessed for all activities, dig one cubit deep clockwise. Remove faults such as tiles, coal, bones, and bricks, and put in the five medicines, five jewels, and five grains, fill it with fragrant and oily soil, tamp the ground into a square and flat shape, and smear it with cow dung so that it is as thick as cowhide and does not fall off. Also smear with fragrant water, and scatter flowers, this is the outer purification. On top of it, after perfecting the samadhi of the three unions, finally dispel the obstacles with the mantra of Harm Beauty (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), this is the inner purification.
