མས་མཉེས་པར་བྱས་ལ། བསྟོད་པ་དང་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་སྟེ། དེ་མ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛཱ་ཊི་མ་ནི་སིདྡྷི་ཧུཾ་ཞེས་པས་འགྲུབ་པོ། །ཤེལ་ཆུ་ཤེལ་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་བཞིན་ནོ། །གཞན་ཡང་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་བསྡུ་བར་འདོད་ན། སྔགས་འདི་མཐར་རྟེན་བྱ་སྟེ། ན་མོ་བྷ་ག་ཏེ་ཨུཥྞཱི་ཥ་ས་དྷ་རེ་དྷ་ར་ན་ཏྲི་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ། གི་ཝཾ་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བསྔགས་ནས་དཔྲལ་བར་ཐིག་ལེ་བྱས་ན་གང་ལ་ ༄། །བལྟས་པ་དེ་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་རྫས་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བསྔགས་ཏེ་མིག་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་གང་འཕྲད་པ་དེ་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆུ་ཁྱོར་གང་ལ་སྔགས་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ་འཐུངས་ན་མ་བསླངས་བར་ཟས་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་འགྲོ་ན་རང་གི་གོས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་མ་ནས་ལག་པ་གཡོན་པས་བཟུང་ལ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ཏེ་ཕྱིན་ན་ཚིག་བཙན་ཞིང་བདེན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤགས་འདེབས་ན་ལན་ཐེབས་ཤིང་མི་འདའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་ན་དུས་དང་སྦྱར་ན་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཟུངས་རིང་རྟག་ཏུ་བཟླས་ན་བདུད་དང་ནག་པོའི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་ཤིང་དགྲ་དང་བགེགས་ཀྱིས་མི་ཐུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཕན་ཡོན་དང་ཕན་ཡོན་གྱིས་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བའི་མན་ངག་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ལས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །ལས་ཚོགས་པའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཉེར་བསྡུས་པ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མ་དྲན་པས་འདོད་སྒྲུབ་མ། །དེ་ཡི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་དཀའ་འགྲེལ་མན་ངག་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་ཐབས་མཛུབ་ཚུགས་འདིས། །མུན་པ་བསལ་ནས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་བཀོད་བདག་གིས་རློབ་པར་ཤོག །རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་སྒྲོལ་མའི་མན་ངག་མེ་ལོང་དངས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།བེམས་པོའི་སྣ་རྩེ་དང༌། འོད་ཀྱི་དང༌། དྲན་པའི་དང༌། དུས་ཀྱི་དང༌། དབྱིབས་ཀྱི་དང༌། མྱོང་བའི་སྣ་རྩེའོ། །རྟག་པའི་བཛྲ་ནས་བརྒྱུད་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྟན་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་སྐོར་འདི། རྨ་དང་བ་རི་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ལུགས། །དྷརྨྨཱ་ཀཱིརྟི་ཞེས་བྱ་བས། །དཔྱལ་དང་བླ་མ་གུས་སྟོན་ལ། །ཞུས་པ་རིན་ཆེན་ལྟ་བུ་འདི། །སྒྲོལ་མའི་ཞབས་ལ་གཏུགས་པར་སྨོན།། གཞན་མ་དད་པ་བཟློག་པ་ལས་ཆོགས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་ལྟ་བུ།

令其欢喜，赞颂和祈祷后，念诵“དེ་མ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛཱ་ཊི་མ་ནི་སིདྡྷི་ཧུཾ་”（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）便能成就。犹如水晶与水的结合。又，如果想摄受一切众生，就将此咒作为结尾：ན་མོ་བྷ་ག་ཏེ་ཨུཥྞཱི་ཥ་ས་དྷ་རེ་དྷ་ར་ན་ཏྲི་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。在吉弯上念诵一百零八遍后，在额头上点上，那么所看之人都会欢喜。在眼药上念诵一百零八遍后，涂在眼睛上，那么所遇到的人都会欢喜。在一捧水中念诵七遍咒语后饮用，不需乞讨也能获得食物。如果去集会中，用左手抓住自己衣服的末端念诵二十一遍后前往，那么言语会变得强有力且真实。如果打赌，会获胜且不会失败。如果在路上行走，与时间结合，那么一切事情都会成就。如果经常念诵长咒，魔和黑方都无法侵犯，敌人和障碍也无法战胜。此外，关于利益和通过利益修持的诀窍，应从上师处如实了解。事业圆满。诸佛的慈悲凝聚，至尊度母忆念即能满足愿望。此度母修法、难解释、诀窍和修持方法，以此指引，消除黑暗，为了众生的利益，愿我能讲述。至尊度母的诀窍，名为《明镜》至此圆满。物质的顶点，光明的，记忆的，时间的，形状的，体验的顶点。从常恒金刚传承下来的成就，是坚固观传承之轮。这是热和瓦日两种传承。名为达玛格尔底者，向嘉和喇嘛恭敬请教，如同珍宝般，愿能触及度母的莲足。其他，从不信任中解脱出来，如同如意宝珠。

Having pleased her, praised and prayed, it is accomplished by reciting "De ma ta re e ka dza ti ma ni sid dhi hum" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning). It is like the combination of crystal and water. Furthermore, if you want to subdue all beings, take this mantra as the end: Namo bhagavate ushnisha sadha re dhara na triye svaha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning). After reciting it one hundred and eight times on the givam, if you put a dot on your forehead, then whoever you look at will be happy. After reciting it one hundred and eight times on eye medicine, if you apply it to your eyes, then whoever you meet will be happy. If you recite the mantra seven times on a handful of water and drink it, you will get food without begging. If you go to an assembly, hold the end of your clothes with your left hand and recite it twenty-one times, then your words will become strong and true. If you gamble, you will win and not fail. If you walk on the road, combine it with time, then all things will be accomplished. If you always recite the long mantra, demons and the black side cannot invade, and enemies and obstacles cannot be overcome. Furthermore, the benefits and the secret instructions for practicing through benefits should be learned from the venerable lamas as they are. Activities are completed. The compassion of all Buddhas is condensed, the noble Tara fulfills wishes by remembering her. This Tara practice, difficult explanation, secret instructions, and methods of practice, with this guide, eliminate darkness, and for the benefit of beings, may I be able to narrate. The secret instructions of the noble mother Tara, called "Clear Mirror," is completed. The peak of matter, of light, of memory, of time, of shape, the peak of experience. The accomplishments passed down from the eternal Vajra, this is the cycle of the steadfast gaze lineage. These are the two traditions of Rma and Bari. By the one named Dharmakirti, I asked Gyal and Lama with respect, like a precious jewel, may I touch the feet of Tara. Furthermore, liberation from disbelief is like a wish-fulfilling jewel.
