能摧毁一切障碍之基。 从八大怖畏中完全解脱。 吉祥！ 愿如意受用如月般增长。 愿智慧如太阳般显现。 愿烦恼习气如虚空般消失。 愿一切所愿皆能如意成就。 从一切违逆之境中获得胜利。 愿具足色、声、香等妙欲。 愿圆满具足味与触。 从息增怀诛与现证中。 一切事业刹那间皆得成就。 愿一切疾病之种类。 如火与草般焚毁。 愿具足威力、力量、权势与名声。 死后往生无上清净刹土。 在上师空行母的面前。 一年或一月中所修持的。 应当精进不懈地修持。 对于身语意的所依物。 应当进行开光与灌顶。 在吉祥之时供养供品与朵玛。 以蓝色鲜花供养曼扎。 如此则诸神将会降临授记。 即使努力修持却无有验相。 因为具有衰损与大罪业。 应当进行火供、会供、曼扎。 建造佛像并忏悔。 在诸神面前祈请。 努力念诵两百万遍。 我虽无有书写之能力。 然为渴望成就之具信者。 乃为以一髻佛母为主尊之度母。 为彼等之利益而作此论述。 愿能亲见成就本尊之容颜！ 名为《度母五尊成就法·宝灯》者，由导师常金刚所著，至此圆满。 印度堪布班智达拉达那达底与藏地译师玛班曲巴所译。

May it destroy the basis of all obstacles. May it completely liberate from the eight great fears. Good fortune! May desirable enjoyments increase like the moon. May wisdom become like the sun. May afflictive habitual tendencies vanish like the sky. May all that is desired be obtained at will. May one be completely victorious over adverse circumstances. May one be replete with forms, sounds, and fragrances. May one be perfectly endowed with tastes and tactile sensations. From pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating activities and direct perceptions. May all activities be accomplished in an instant. Whatever belongs to the category of disease. May it become like fire and grass. May one possess power, strength, dominion, and fame. Having passed away, may one be born in a supreme pure land. In the presence of the guru and dakinis. Whatever is accomplished in a year or a month. One should strive diligently to practice. For the supports of body, speech, and mind. One should bestow consecration and empowerment. At auspicious times, offer offerings and tormas. Offer mandalas with blue flowers. Thus, the deities will give prophecies. Even if one strives but there are no signs. Because one possesses degeneration and great sins. One should perform fire pujas, tsok offerings, and mandalas. Construct Buddha images and confess. Pray in the presence of the deities. Strive to repeat the mantra two hundred thousand times. Although I do not have the ability to write. Yet for the faithful who desire accomplishment. This is composed for the benefit of Tara with Ekajati as the main deity. May I see the face of the deity of accomplishment!
