Recite as desired. Visualize the syllable HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) blazing intensely on top of an eight-petaled lotus in the center of the navel. Then, visualize each bead of the rosary as the form of the syllable HRĪṂ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཾ།，梵文天城体：ह्रीं，梵文罗马拟音：hrīṃ，汉语字面意思：啥). Think that it continuously emanates from your mouth, enters the path of the navel, and emerges from the mouth. This single-syllable mantra-king, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, destroys all sins and plagues, empowers, subdues, and delights beings. This is the speech of the Buddha; it should be recited by those with steadfast wisdom. By reciting this mantra one hundred thousand times, one will become a poet. One will be able to retain, possess vajra-like words, great wealth, long life, and become learned in all treatises. Like the Garuda king, one will purify the poison of the three realms, and undoubtedly attain unsurpassed enlightenment quickly.
