It is called Vajrasattva. The oral instructions for its meditation have already been explained above, so they will not be repeated. This is the image of all Buddhas, known as the image of the Buddha. The saying, "Beneath the union of Āli and Kāli, from which it emerges, all letters are placed with images beneath it," means that what is said here refers to this. For whose sake should one meditate by placing the recited letters in the center of the vajra residing in one's own heart? The saying, "From this, beings go forth," and so on, why? Because from this, all beings in the ten directions without exception, the nature of arising, originating, and moving, such as the nature of Vajrasattva, are the beings that go forth. Therefore, yogis also desire to generate all of them in their own continuum as the nature of glorious Vajrasattva and so on. As it is said, in the center of the vajra, one should mentally arrange the images of the glorious Buddha and the lunar letters and meditate on them. Why is it said that the first vajra is the speech of the Bhagavan, who is close to contemplation, without beginning or end? The answer is given: "Because its nature arises from space," and so on. Some say that, as it is said, this place should be made into space by removing mountains and so on. This is excellent, and it will become clear that it is said to make space by removing mountains and so on. Similarly, when the yogi's unreal conceptualizations become clear, Vajrasattva is immediately generated, and it is so designated because the essence of the Tathagatagarbha abides permanently like space. Therefore, "Without beginning or end, it is supreme." What is it like? It is said, "The great vajra itself," which means that its nature is the nature of the great vajra. It is because of attachment to the benefit of sentient beings that it is called mind. It is desired to be Vajrasattva. This is only in this tantra. Does this bliss alone accomplish siddhis? As it shows, after first asking the question of who is the Bhagavan here, it is then said, "The supreme of all great siddhis," and so on. The great siddhi is also that, the supreme of all.

Also, because it is suchness. It is said to be "the most supreme of all great accomplishments," because it has realized the Dharmadhatu without beginning or end. It is called "Mahāīśvara" (great sovereign), because it has obtained the status of Dharma King in the three realms. The deity who controls its characteristics is called "the deity of intelligence." The nature of the Sambhogakāya is the glorious Vajrasattva, because it is said in the scriptures that he is "the puruṣa" or "the supreme deity." "The king holds the great vajra," this is because all forms appear truthfully to him, so he is called the king. Vajradhara is also him, and the great is also himself, so he is called "Mahāvajradhara," because he holds the nature of realizing all things of selfless wisdom that are one with suchness. Therefore, Vajrasattva is called Vajradhara. "Supreme bliss is inexhaustible," this has already been explained. By the nature of having no beginning and no end, the secret of the Bhagavan is revealed, and by the nature of truth, the secret of the body is revealed.
