Furthermore, the Victorious One, who is free from all conceptualizations, has no actions whatsoever. Although he manifests various tantras, families, activities, and mandalas, it is because he is free from the pervasive conceptualizations of clinging. (The scripture states:) "He purifies all activities for the sake of sentient beings, the Victorious One does not perform all kinds of combinations." Thus, one and a half verses are spoken. Whoever understands such meaning is shown to be the source of all qualities. (The scripture states:) "Whoever, with his own bliss, accomplishes all happiness, with the supreme siddhi, now makes it firm." Through the power of his own form, as it is clearly bestowed, the supreme siddhi becomes firm, and the siddhis of body, speech, and mind constantly abide. These are the explanations of the meaning of benefit. Now, as it is said in the last chapter of the root tantra, with joy and delight, rejoicing, because the main deity is pleased. "With all kinds of things, thus he speaks, the Bhagavan Tathagata, is always pleased." With oneself to oneself, in a sacred manner, from the mandala of the heart, taking out the meaning as it is, taking it from the song of glory, spreading it on the lotus of the tongue, from between the forty-two beautiful teeth, manifesting as the voice of Brahma, is one's own mind vow. Moreover, entrusting in the two ways taught in the root tantra, with a wonderful smile, taking away the radiance of the retinue. "Alala, this is the essence of the teachings, most excellent." Why is that? Because it is shown as the way in which the profound and vast are inseparable, and so on. After that, the assembly of the retinue also made offerings and circumambulations, and for the sake of praise, they said, "Vajrasattva, the glorious one, speaks well, praises and becomes exceedingly pleased." Thus it is said. The so-called "all kinds of excellent origins, are the distinctions of samaya," that is, the nature of the six bodies, all self-arisen, that Buddha dwells in the nature of samsara and nirvana, is the source and nature of all dharmas. Therefore, it is all kinds of excellent origins. With the word "auspicious"...
