From the Words of the Lama. The yogis who go outside, their essence will be exhausted. Therefore, it is necessary to cut off external objects, the yogi should abide in play. If that (external object) does not exist, then there will be no confusion about it. Or, that (inner) possesses that (nature), then there will be no confusion about it. Thus it is said. Or, after obtaining the ability and the appearance of the dakinis through internal recitation and meditation, one should observe external places, etc., which become the cause of acting in external fields, etc., which is well known internally. Thus it is said. Therefore, it will be explained. If possible, circumambulate the external sacred places, and truly offer to the yoginis. Thus it is said. It means that the merit of various kinds of disciples is fully matured, which is not contradictory to what was said before. "Circumambulation" refers to sacred places, etc. "Sign" refers to the behavior of the yoginis. Thus it is declared. "Various" etc., means that sometimes the forms of tigers etc., the forms of yakshas etc., and the forms of wrathful deities etc. also approach the yogi, and they also make terrifying laughter such as haha, etc., which the yogi should not be afraid of. Again, if asked why, it is declared: "Self-increase" etc., means to visualize the form of glorious Chakrasamvara embraced by Vajravarahi and make the sound of the letter Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), that is the meaning. Thus it is declared. "Lion" etc., means that "seeing" and "touching" are symbols of closeness, and it should also be understood by hearing words etc. Thus it is said.
