By completely reciting, illusory forms will appear. That mantra, namely the root mantra and other parts called "sections," arises from the sections of the root wheel. Again, through "all heroes" and so on, one should place them in the external places of meditation. Thus it is said. It is said in the scriptures that through samadhi, ༄། །namely the true samadhi spoken of in the fifteenth chapter, the heroes of the glorious Heruka Vajra Protector enter the twelve wheels and so on. In those wheels, whichever name's letter comes first, through the word "etc.," in various mantras, the mantras of heroes and yoginis should be completely combined. Thus, what is called recitation of body and so on, is the recitation of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. Similarly, what is called recitation of speech and so on, is the recitation of speech, mind, wisdom, and body. What is called recitation of mind and so on, is the recitation of mind, wisdom, body, and speech. Similarly, what is called recitation of wisdom and so on, is also the recitation of wisdom, body, speech, and mind. Thus, through ordinary and principal, the four characteristics of recitation combining one with another are those with bodies of dharma and so on. What arises from that is spoken of as such and such. Now, the contemplation of the mandala wheel is spoken of, through "great terror" and so on. In the center, namely in the middle of the center, one should contemplate oneself as the form of the mandala wheel, in that center. "Great terror, the form of fire," namely the form of the fierce mother. What is that like? It is called "wisdom lineage," namely arising from the lineage of wisdom, because it is the very nature of all the Blessed One Dakinis. Its power is spoken of as such and such. Here, again, through "peaceful in the heart of the Blessed One" and so on, one should place all the letters as spoken of, this is the oral instruction. Thus and so on, such and such. Now, the characteristics of reciting mantras are spoken of, through "Nada" and so on. When reciting mantras, the nada of all letters, nadala, and the bindu of bindus.

It should be understood that if one is single-minded, one should recite with an uninterrupted sound. Mantra. What is said is that, starting with the letter called "Om," etc., for everything, according to the order, the end of each line should be connected. All the rest is easy to understand, this is certain. In the fiftieth chapter of the Glorious All Secrets, from the excellent union of the Great Terrifier, the characteristics of secret union, etc., the characteristics of recitation, the characteristics of the union of the four bodies, etc., of the state of inner self arising from mantra, the contemplation of the mandala wheel, and the differences in recitation of the ritual for redeeming life with the nature of the form of peaceful and other actions are extensively explained, that is, the fifteenth chapter.
