Here, "the stability of the wind's dwelling" means that when the outgoing and incoming breaths are abandoned, at that time all actions can be accomplished, because it arises from wisdom. With a peaceful form, one will be able to fully enter Nirvana through this. Therefore, what is said by "the Buddhas," etc., is explained as such, and all the rest is easy to understand. Thus, everything should be understood in the ninth illusion wheel, mantras, and wheels of Vajravarahi. The commentary "Boat" on the great king of the Glorious Dakini Ocean Yogini Tantra, with the name letters of the extremely brave Yogini, etc., the combination of its arising and the peaceful actions of the inner and outer nature, the supreme combination of practice, and the contemplation of the wheel of the mandala, and in the illusion wheel's Harm-Beauty King, and the Harm-Beauty King's mantras, etc., what should be accomplished by the so-called "divine face," and the characteristics of the intention ritual established by the practitioners themselves as the nature of the Buddha, are extensively shown, which is called the explanation of the forty-sixth chapter. Chapter Forty-sixth.
