所谓“堕落者”，是指那些诽谤佛法的恶毒之人。其余部分很容易理解。“未见”等等，例如有些人想要击打天空，或者想要在海市蜃楼中饮水，像这样不真实的事情，这该如何理解呢？“此瑜伽乃最殊胜，于诸结合中最上。” 这指的是灌顶的瑜伽士。 “无论何时常欲行”，是指无论去往何处，都能压倒一切而行，可以理解为随心所欲地行事。 “灌顶此坛城，于诸成就者续部”，这些是指通过超越一切瑜伽的此瑜伽，能够成就大手印。 “一切”这个词指的是行续、行、瑜伽和无上瑜伽，包括欢笑、观看、牵手、拥抱和二合等等，所有这些续部都将被授予灌顶。 因为在一切之中，只有这唯一的无二续部，即被认为是汇集了真如等等的殊胜灌顶，因此如来宣说了此灌顶的殊胜之处。 因此说：“此坛城乃诸坛城之王，未曾出现亦不会出现。” 未解释的部分很容易理解。《吉祥黑汝迦胜乐轮的注释：成就法之所在》中第三品的解释完毕。 第三品：具功德灌顶仪轨之解释。

The term "fallen ones" refers to those malicious individuals who slander the Dharma. The remaining parts are easy to understand. "Unseen," and so on, refers to things like someone wanting to strike the sky, or wanting to drink water in a mirage, such untrue things, how is this to be understood? "This yoga is the most supreme, the most excellent of all unions." This refers to the yogi of the empowerment. "Whenever one desires to go," means that wherever one goes, one can overwhelm everything and go, which can be understood as acting as one pleases. "Empowering this mandala, for all the lineages of accomplished ones," these refer to the accomplishment of the great mudra through this yoga that transcends all yogas. The word "all" refers to the action tantra, conduct, yoga, and unsurpassed yoga, including laughing, looking, holding hands, embracing, and union, etc., all these tantras will be empowered. Because among all, only this unique non-dual tantra, which is considered to be the supreme empowerment that gathers Suchness and so on, therefore the Tathagata spoke of the excellence of this empowerment. Therefore it is said: "This mandala is the king of all mandalas, it has not appeared and will not appear." The unexplained parts are easy to understand.
