Absence is the third, which is free from conceptualization. "Without obstruction" is called the fourth. "Vows, conduct, practice, etc." In this context, "vows" refers to the goddesses, and their conduct is desire. "Practicing therein" refers to whatever action is taken, which is called "vow conduct," the fifth. "Women, power, extremely unite." This means that when the vajra and lotus are visibly joined, one should not be without power or separate from power. Otherwise, one should be in a state of power. This is the sixth, according to Kongkana. Kalsang Drakpa believes that at the time of great joy, the yogini herself is the most important. "Chastity is the basis." This means that when taking the mind of enlightenment as the basis, one should practice chastity. This is the seventh. "Without anger, always practice." This means that at the time of taking, one should not be angry or abandon. Thus, the eighth vow is supreme. Because it is supreme, the practitioner should know it. This is how it is connected. "Common to all tantras." This means that this secret is common to all tantras, and therefore it is secret. This meaning cannot be realized even by knowing other tantras. Therefore, "Without tantra, do not destroy." This means that because it is explained by valid cognition and so on, it should not be destroyed or refuted. This is the meaning. What should be done? "With faith, one should accept." Kongkana believes that one should do these things. Kalsang Drakpa says, "Common to all tantras" means that it is common to all who have entered the tantra. "Without cause" means that one should not act without a basis. If there is a cause, then it should be destroyed. This is the meaning. The cause here is harming the guru, the yogini, the vows, and the Three Jewels, etc. These eight vows are permitted by all the Tathagatas. It is also said in the chapter on ethics that a Bodhisattva should act similarly in all ten virtues. For example, if a woman with desire gives up her life due to the power of a Bodhisattva, then at that time, because of that cause, her life...

It should be taken. If a malicious being harms with life, even if it is killed, it will not fall into evil destinies, but will again obtain great merit. Kalden Drakpa thinks so. The so-called "the wise should move the little finger" means that at the time of offering the goddess, one should know the meaning of being in accordance with the yoga of the deity. Or, if the mantra is not well practiced, then one should also generate a pure mind towards others and make offerings, this is Kongkana's view. Kalden Drakpa thinks that the life force should be moved. The so-called "Dakinis all abide" means that combining with the great bliss of great joy will make the mind very pure. The so-called "Pleasing, pure, and wise, virtuous person" refers to a person with virtues, that is, the three superiorities of a yogi: pleasing means not having arisen arrogance; pure means having arisen ability; wise means being able to immediately understand, and even if a little arrogance arises, it does not contradict the scriptures. Or, pleasing means being able to please the gods through familiarity with the practice of mantra; virtuous means understanding the meaning of the scriptures; wise means being able to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings like Tara, this is Kongkana's view. Kalden Drakpa thinks that pleasing means relying on the lama, yogini, and vows, etc.; pure means being free from attachment to beauty, etc.; wise means being able to eliminate conceptual thoughts through the order of hearing, thinking, and meditation, and is a wise person who directly realizes suchness. Not possessing these qualities, others are called animals. The explanation of the twenty-sixth chapter is complete. Chapter Twenty-seventh: Explanation of Examining Disciples and the Ritual of Vows.
