To cause forgetfulness, apply it to the mandala of wind and clouds. To cause pain, write it on the tip of a trident. To eliminate poison and leprosy, apply it to the navel. To eliminate the affliction of stars, place the wheels sequentially on the image of the stars. This generates and fosters all diseases. The letters are like crystal. As for "letters like crystal," write and place them in the center of the moon with white sandalwood, etc., on a blade of grass or the left hand, and show it to the person afflicted with the disease. Just by looking at it, one will be liberated from the disease. Like the autumn moon, a stream of nectar flows, in the heart, between the eyebrows, in the throat, and on the crown of the head, contemplate the image of the moon and the letters, and it will spread in the ten directions. As for palasha, etc., perform the fire offering as previously described. When someone is found to have jaundice, and someone with such characteristics knows it, afflict them with the breath of "dang ge," and it will revive the dead. As for plague and demons, etc., merely remembering them will eliminate them, and one will not even step on their shadow, let alone point at them with a hand. As for clenching a fist in battle, write these wheels on the left hand with wolfsbane or calamus, or write the wheels on a copper plate, and say, "May all weapons be turned away from the body of so-and-so," recite the mantra a thousand times, clench the fist, and place it inside a vajra fist, then remember the king of secret mantras. As long as the fist is not unclenched, even if the enemy is holding a weapon in their hand, they will not be able to wield it. As long as the fist is not unclenched, they will not be able to put down the weapon. By this means, I will be victorious in battle, and I will also be victorious in gambling. Alternatively, when a person is about to die, place the wheel in their mouth, and then revive them. Let them not look towards the west, and if this wheel is written, merely writing it will lead to victory in gambling. The mantra practitioner who always maintains extreme equanimity, if they fully combine the wheel of command of the three realms, then in the underground, on the ground, and in the heavens, they will have the power to curse and help.
