The instruction of the six-limbed yoga. Composed by Shri Kalachakra. The instruction of the six-limbed yoga. Composed by Shri Kalachakra. ༄༅།། The Instruction on the Six Limbs of Yoga. Homage to the glorious and holy gurus and to the glorious Kalachakra. Having paid homage to Kalachakra, I shall explain the six limbs of yoga. Withdrawal, meditation, breath control, retention, recollection, and samadhi are the six limbs of yoga, which the supreme Buddha has always taught. These are known as six in all respects. The superior one first contemplates. The intermediate one practices breath control and so on. The inferior one meditates on the six in sequence. The child, the vase, and the secret wisdom have already passed. The fourth empowerment is the one that has been empowered. The root vows have limbs. Having established oneself in a stable place, one meditates on withdrawal in this way. By meditating on emptiness, one stops the winds from stopping. When strength arises, bliss arises. The signs of the elements actually arise on the path. The essence is emptiness itself. One gathers all the individual thoughts. It is said that there are ten divisions. It is considered to be the direct perception of the senses. The aggregate of wisdom is wisdom. To practice on a soft cushion, straighten the body and assume the vajra posture. Turn the tongue back, press the abdomen, and turn the eyes upward. It is the way of looking at the crown of the head. Make the two hands into a vajra fist. That is what binds the winds. Put the life force into the bindu on the forehead. With the right hand, meditate on the wind of the mind. At night, with a covering, focus on the sky and meditate on emptiness. Morning and dawn are not at noon. During the day, there is no covering. Look at the sky in the morning and evening. Sunlight is not at noon. By meditating in this way, one rejects objects and so on. Inside, there are the eyes of the deities and so on. Emptiness is form, and one sees with focus. In the Dharma, one enters the other shore. The deities are called ten goddesses. As a sign, one sees ten things on the path. Smoke, mirage, and sky appear. When the flame arises, the arising wind dissolves. The last is the cloudless sky. The characteristic is wisdom that has gone to the other shore. Blazing sun and moon, lightning, sound, and hail. The six bindus are the last. Seeing everything as a cause is a characteristic. The five elements are the five aggregates of wisdom. The Secret Assembly and the Name Praise are each half and half. Emanat

The Dharmakaya and Sambhogakaya are without realization. Arises the bliss of awakening the Vajra. When meditating, black lines appear in time. Seeing emptiness and form inside. Therefore, one can realize emptiness and form. After individually gathering and entering Samadhi, Blessing all mantras. Accomplishing the truth of speech. One will be separated from the object of grasping. The second limb of Dhyana is, For the sake of stabilizing emptiness and form. The nature of the object is emptiness and form, The time is the time of the movement of space. The difference is called the five aspects. The way of looking is the Mudra itself, The direct perception of the mind in Samadhi. Meditating on the power of the previous form, The mind dwells in the view of space. Through the order of arising, the above dissolves, Whatever is seen, such as earth, is like illusion. Seeing without subsequent attainment of Samadhi. Arises the bliss of the establishment of Dhyana. The goddess urges and receives the prophecy. Emptiness entering the mind is wisdom. All phenomena held by the mind are conceptualization. Holding that and entering into action is conduct. Dwelling in all minds is joy. The perfect and immovable bliss. The nature of space is consciousness. When entering into Dhyana Samadhi, One will be able to attain Abhijna. These two are initially virtuous, It is said that realizing emptiness and form is approaching. After seeing emptiness and form, For the sake of generating unchanging bliss, The limb of Prana-yama should be meditated upon. One foot presses on the other, The thumbs are tucked in and the fists are clenched. The object is the three-pointed wind. When the aggregate of formation, the wind element, is moving, The view is the swirling nectar. First, scatter the wind outward, Inwardly, quickly and completely gather, With stiffness and mantra combination, With vase-like and dust-like edges. After thoroughly inserting the two winds into the center, Completely pacify the ten winds. When the life force enters the Vajra fire, Bliss will definitely arise. If one strives for six months, Each day, ten winds will cease, Twenty-one thousand six hundred cease. Thereby, the two winds are regulated in the navel. Because the wisdom fire of Tummo blazes, After awakening the ten Buddha goddesses, The bliss with semen arises. Both above and below, the two places are increased. Without eating, there is no hunger; even if eating, it digests. Downward elimination does not leak, bliss increases. The three great illusions of Vajra. The bliss of non-conceptuality, such as lightness of body. Mind
