Seventh, determining the external Wheel of Time. Seventh, determining the external Wheel of Time. Now, the meaning of the name of the Bhagavan Raṅgśrī Kālacakra is explained, with each letter being spoken. "From the letter kā," and so on. The cause is the mind of enlightenment, which is said to be the body. Peace is the exhaustion of the awakened state, being free from conceptualization, that is, the emanation body arises from the cessation of the body's bindu on the forehead. When that happens, the nature of the exhaustion of the dream state is the absorption of the life force, that is, the enjoyment body is perfected in the throat from the cessation of the speech bindu. In the awakened and dream states, the separate enjoyment of objects such as sound is movement, that is, the eighteen realms of mind, which are of a changing nature and are overwhelmed by darkness. Binding it is awakening from darkness and deep sleep, that is, the cessation of the mind bindu, and the dharma body arises in the heart. From what does this come? It is said, "From the letter ṭa." The sequence is that the bindus of the body and so on move, and binding it is with the bliss of co-emergence, that is, the exhaustion of the fourth state, the cessation of the wisdom bindu with moving progression, that is, the co-emergent body arises in the navel, which is the nature of the four bodies. The Bhagavan Kālacakra is the nature of wisdom and means, and is expressed only by the separation of the knower and the known. As it is said, unchanging bliss-wisdom, which becomes the cause of exhausting all obscurations, is called time. It is the nature of means and compassion, and is the nature of the six abhijñās. The way the knowable moves is the wheel. The knowable, the three realms, is the nature of infinity, which is the wheel. It itself is the nature of wisdom, emptiness, and all aspects. The oneness of these is said to be the Kālacakra. In the King of Tantras, it is also said: Infinite Buddha-fields and immeasurable qualities, and elements such as space, and places and births and destructions and the three-fold existence, and all sentient beings in the six realms, Buddhas, wrathful deities, assemblies of gods, and Bodhisattvas with compassionate hearts and consorts, all of these are revered by the three existences, the only wheel of the Victorious One, Bliss-Arising.

It is one year. Thus it is said. Is the meaning of the essence, this speaker and what is to be spoken, clear without any connection? As it is said, these are the like. This "this" word, is the Kalachakra spoken by each, and again this "this" word, is the Vajra Yoga just spoken. Abiding in the two truths, in the conventional truth, the six wheels such as the crown of the head, in the nature of the lotus (བྷ་ག,梵文:bhaga, womb) of the Vajra Mother of the six elements, abide with the nature of great bliss. For the sake of oneself. In the ultimate truth, it is also separated from the appearance of the Dharmadhatu of non-duality. "Everywhere" means that the Blessed One abides everywhere. As it is said, as it is said in the chapter of wisdom: Time and various kinds, Vajra Purusha is unparalleled, goes everywhere, without elaboration. Abiding in one form, ears and nose and mouth and eyes, from all places hands and feet. The edge of birth, is the lord of beings, the best of the three existences, the cause of holding the lineages. Realized by yogis such as Ming, the fruit of supreme bliss, I bow to the Kalachakra. Thus it is said. It is also said in the Hevajra: I give rise to all sentient beings, I give rise to the three existences, this pervades everything, the nature of sentient beings is not seen. Thus it is said. It is also said in Samvara and others: The edge of hands and feet everywhere, eyes and head and face everywhere, hearing everywhere, in the world, dwelling everywhere. Thus it is said. Such a statement, the explicit statement that is understood by words, in the Abbreviated Tantra King, becomes the speaker, it is the explicit statement and what is said by the explicit statement, the connection between the nature of the spoken language and the speaker will be declared. In order to easily understand the connection between the speaker and what is to be spoken, the intention of the extensive commentary, spoken by the foreteller prophesied by the Buddha. These are the like. Here, that is, in the explicit statement of Kalachakra. Tantra, conventional and ultimate
