ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་མཆོད་ཅིང༌། རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་རྣམས་རོལ་པར་བྱའོ། །གཏོར་མ་ལྔ་ནི་གོང་བཞིན་སྦྱངས་ལ་འབྱུང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བླ་མ་དང༌། དགྱེས་མཛད་དང༌། ཆོས་སྐྱོང་དང༌། གཞི་བདག་དང༌། གནོད་བྱེན་རྣམས་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་ནས། རྡོ་རྗེའི་གླུ་བླང༌། ལྷ་ཚོགས་ལ་མཆོད་ བསྟོད་དང་བཤགས་པ་བྱས་ནས། བདག་གིས་སྦྱིན་སོགས་བགྱིས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱིས། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་དགྱེས་མཛད་རྡོ་རྗེ་མཉེས་བྱས་ཏེ། །ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་དྲུག་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་བྱས་ནས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་བསྔོ་བ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་དཔོན་དང་ཐམས་ཅད་མགྲིན་གཅིག་ཏུ་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ་པ་ནི། རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་དང་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན། །མཉམ་མེད་ཀྱེ་ཡི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྟོན། །བླ་མ་ལ་གུས་སྙིང་རྗེར་ལྡན། །སྐྱེ་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །ལག་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་འཁྲོལ། །ཟབ་མོའི་ཆོས་ནི་ཀློག་པ་དང༌། བཙུན་མོའི་ཞུ་བ་མཉམ་ཟ་ཞིང༌། །སྐྱེ་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །ཅེས་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་བསྐོར་བ་བྱ་ཞིང་བཟོད་གསོལ་བྱ། བཀྲ་ཤིས་བརྗོད། ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གཤེགས། དམ་ཚིག་པ་སྤྱི་བོར་བསྡུ། རྡོ་རྗེ་སློབ་དཔོན་ཡོན་གྱིས་མཉེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དཔལ་དགྱེས་མཛད་རྡོ་རྗེས་དབང་བསྐུར་བའི་ཆོ་ག་མདོར་བསྡུས་པ། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ནི་གུ་མས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་དེ་ཉིད་དང༌། ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་རླན་དར་མ་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ།། དཔལ་དགྱེས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ཆོ་ག། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ནི་གུ་མས་མཛད།

供养诸天众，瑜伽士们应享用。五供食如前净化，以所有生灵之咒语，使上师、喜金刚、护法、地神、作祟者皆得满足。唱诵金刚歌，对诸天众作供养、赞颂与忏悔。我以布施等所积之福德，令薄伽梵喜金刚欢喜，圆满六度波罗蜜，愿一切众生皆得金刚王位。如是作回向。其后，上师与众人齐声发愿：愿生于具种姓与誓言之家，示现无与伦比之喜金刚，敬 गुरु (藏文：བླ་མ།，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师)，具慈悲心，生生世世皆能如此。手摇金刚铃，诵读甚深之法，与明妃一同享用供品，愿生生世世皆能如此。如是说。之后，绕坛城，作祈请宽恕。诵吉祥颂。智慧尊离去，誓言尊收于顶。以供养令金刚阿阇梨欢喜。吉祥喜金刚灌顶仪轨略摄，智慧空行母尼古玛所造圆满。金刚智慧空行母即彼，由译师仁达玛洛哲翻译。

Offerings to the assembly of deities, may the yogis rejoice. Purify the five balis as before, and with the mantra of all beings, satisfy the Lama, Hevajra, Dharma Protectors, Landlords, and Harm-doers. Sing the Vajra Song, and offer, praise, and confess to the assembly of deities. By the merit of my giving and so forth, may I please the Bhagavan Hevajra, perfect the six paramitas, and may all beings attain the Vajra Kingship. Thus, dedicate. Then, the teacher and all together make aspirations in one voice: May I be born into a family of lineage and with vows, reveal the incomparable Hevajra, respect the Guru (藏文：བླ་མ།，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师), possess compassion, and may it be so in birth after birth. May I wield the vajra and bell in my hand, recite the profound Dharma, and partake of the offerings with the consort, and may it be so in birth after birth. Thus, it is said. Then, circumambulate the mandala and ask for forgiveness. Recite auspicious verses. The wisdom beings depart, the samaya beings are gathered at the crown of the head. Please the Vajra Acharya with offerings. A concise ritual of the empowerment of glorious Hevajra, completed, composed by the wisdom dakini Niguma.
