་ཤ་ལྔ་འཛིན་པ། ཙཎྜལཱི་ཅང་ཏེའུ་བརྡུང་བ་སྤྲོས་ལ་མཆོད་པར་བྱའོ། །གསང་བའི་མཆོད་པ་ནི་རང་གི་སྙིང་ག་ནས་ལྷ་མོ་ཌོམྦི་ནཱི་སྤྲོས་ནས། ཡུམ་བདག་མེད་མ་དང་གཉིས་མེད་དུ་བསྟིམ་ལ་མཆོད་དོ། །དེའི་དུས་སུ་ངག་ཏུ་འདི་སྐད་བརྗོད་དོ། །གཽ་རཱི་མ་ནི་རི་བོང་འཛིན། ཙཽ་རཱི་མ་ནི་ཉི་མ་འཛིན། བཻ་ཏཱ་ལཱི་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆུ། གྷསྨ་རཱི་ནི་སྨན་འཛིན་ཅིང༌། །སྦོས་མོ་ཙནྡན་སྡོང་བུ་འཛིན། །རི་ཁྲོད་མ་ནི་སྦྲང་ཙི་འཛིན། །གཏུམ་མོ་ཅང་ཏེའུ་སྒྲ་བརྡུང་ཞིང༌། །གཡུང་མོ་མགུལ་པ་དག་ལ་འཁྱུད། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཆེན་པོ་རྗེས་ཆགས་པ། །སྐྱེས་བུ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །ཕྱི་དང་ནང་དང་གསང་བ་གསུམ། །འདི་དག་གསུམ་གྱིས་གཙོ་བོ་མཆོད། །ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་ནུཏྟ་ར་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ཧཱཾ། དེ་ནས་སྡིག་པ་བཤགས་པ་ནི། བདག་གི་སྡིག་པ་བགྱིས་པ་དང༌། །རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བགྱིད་སྩལ་གང༌། །རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔ་འདིར། །ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་རྣམས་དང༌། །འཕགས་པ་རང་རྒྱལ་ཉན་ཐོས་དང༌། །སོ་སོ་སྐྱེ་བོའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ལ། །གུས་པས་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ངོ༌། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྐང་གཉིས་མཆོག །དེ་ཡིས་གསུངས་པའི་དམ་ཆོས་དང༌། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་དགེ་འདུན་ལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །བདག་གི་སྦྱིན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ། །ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཀུན་རྫོགས་པ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པ་བླ་མེད་པའི། །ལམ་ནི་ཡང་དག་བསྟེན་པར་བགྱི། །བདག་གི་དགེ་བ་འདི་དག་ཀུན། །བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཡང་དག་རྫོགས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་དོན་ཕན་པའི་ཕྱིར། །མི་གནས་མྱ་ངན་འདས་ལ་དགོད། །བདག་གི་དགེ་བ་འདི་དག་ཀུན། །ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་གྱུར་ནས་ནི། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དུ། །ཡོངས་སུ་སྨིན་ཅིང་རྫོགས་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་བརྗོད་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་དཔལ་དགྱེས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ། བདག་ཉིད་ལུས་དབུལ་ཏེ། བདག་དུས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་མགོན་པོ་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། དེ་ནས་སྡོམ་པ་བཟུང་ནས་བསྟོད་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་པས་བསྟོད་ལ། བཟོད་པར་གསོལ་ནས་ནི། གང་ཡང་བདག་བློ་གཏི་མུག་པས། །ཞེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ་ལན་གསུམ་བརྗོད་ནས་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ་པ་ནི་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན། །སྨྱོ་མེད་ཀྱི་ཡི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྟོ

持五肉者，应以赞拏离击鼓作供养。秘密供养乃从自己心间迎请度母多比尼，融入于无我母及无二之中而作供养。彼时口中应如是念诵：高日母持兔，周日母持日，毗答里尼持金刚水，额玛日母持药，斯摩持旃檀树，日曲母持蜜蜂，度母击鼓作声响，永母拥抱于颈项。大欲之后所贪著，愿如男子般行事。外、内、密三种，以此三者供养主尊。嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿努达拉 普扎 麦嘎 萨姆札 斯帕拉纳 萨玛耶 吽 梭哈 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）然后忏悔罪业：我的罪业所造作，以及随喜所作诸善根，于圆满佛陀之尊前，所有一切无余皆忏悔。诸佛菩萨众，以及圣者独觉声闻众，于凡夫之诸众，恭敬随喜彼等善。圆满正觉二足尊，彼所宣说之正法，菩萨僧伽之圣众，直至菩提我皈依。我的布施等，圆满一切波罗蜜多，无上金刚乘之，道乃如实而修持。我的此等诸善根，无上菩提正圆满，为利一切有情故，回向不住涅槃果。我的此等诸善根，完全圆满成就后，与一切有情共同，愿皆成熟且圆满。如是说已，于诸佛与菩萨
English
One who holds the five meats should offer by playing the drum of Caṇḍālī. The secret offering is to invite the goddess Ḍombinī from one's own heart, merge her into the selfless mother and non-duality, and make offerings. At that time, one should recite these words: Gaurī mother holds the rabbit, Caurī mother holds the sun, Vaitālī holds the vajra water, Ghasmārī holds the medicine, Sbhosmo holds the sandalwood tree, Rikhrodma holds the bee, the fierce one strikes the drum making sound, the young one embraces the necks. Great desire follows attachment, may it act like a man. Outer, inner, and secret three, with these three offer to the chief. Oṃ sarva tathāgata anuttara pūja megha samudra spharaṇa samaye hūṃ svāhā hūṃ. Then confessing sins: My sins that I have committed, and whatever good deeds I have rejoiced in, before the perfect Buddha, I confess all without exception. Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble Pratyekabuddhas and Śrāvakas, to the assemblies of ordinary beings, I respectfully rejoice. Perfect Buddha, the best of two-legged beings, the sacred Dharma spoken by him, the Sangha of Bodhisattvas, until enlightenment I take refuge. My generosity and so on, perfecting all the pāramitās, the path of the unsurpassed Vajrayāna, I will truly practice. All these virtues of mine, may the unsurpassed enlightenment be perfectly fulfilled, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I dedicate to the non-abiding nirvāṇa. May all these virtues of mine, be completely fulfilled, and in common with all sentient beings, may all be ripened and perfected. Having said this, to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas,

那。 对上师具敬具悲心，生生世世愿能如此。 手摇金刚铃，诵读甚深之法。 与明妃精液共食者，生生世世愿能如此。 此后作请返之仪： 嗡，您已成办一切有情之利益，请赐予随顺之成就。 于佛土逝去之后，祈请再次降临。 如是说诵，以“嘿 Vajra 曼扎 穆ḥ”请其返回。 简略之行持圆满。 简略行持之法。

Nā. May I have respect and compassion for the Lama, may it be so in life after life. Ring the vajra bell in hand, and recite the profound Dharma. May it be so in life after life, for those who share food with the semen of the consort. Then, the request to depart: Oṃ, you have accomplished all the benefits of sentient beings, please grant the corresponding attainments. Even after passing away in the Buddha-field, please come again. Saying this, request the departure with "He Vajra Mandala Muḥ." The abbreviated activity is complete. The abbreviated practice of Dharma.
