The Sadhana of Two-Armed Hevajra. The Sadhana of Two-Armed Hevajra. Composed by Tara Shri. In Sanskrit: Hevajra Dvibhuja Sadhana. In Tibetan: The Sadhana of Two-Armed Hevajra. Homage to the noble, great compassionate one! Blood-drinker, throwing the three worlds, I prostrate to the glorious protector lama. That sadhana, a peaceful ritual, The oral instructions are explained from the beginning. The hero, one face and two arms, Embraced at the neck by the selflessness mother. Adorned with wheels and other ornaments, Three eyes, two feet, lotus arrow. The yogi who is to be empowered to meditate on this tantra should rise early from his bed in the morning and look at the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) residing in the sun in his heart. By the rays of that, make the glorious Heruka appear, and after offering it well with the five nearby objects such as flowers, confess sins in front of it, rejoice in merit, take refuge, and generate the great Bodhicitta. With love that closely applies the bliss of divine substances to all sentient beings, with compassion that closely removes all suffering, with joy that is certain that those bliss will never cease, and with equanimity that is the characteristic of not paying attention to afflictions, near afflictions, grasping and holding, and so on. Then, meditate on the emptiness that is the nature of not being stained by the stains of Dharma and individuals, and entering into the way of all Dharmas being unborn. Bless by saying: Oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་དྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ, Devanagari: ॐ शून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्, Literal meaning: Om, emptiness, wisdom, vajra, nature, I am). Then, having awakened, look at the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable residing in the center of the sun in the direction of the sky, and from that, look at the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable residing in the center of the vajra. Having the form of glorious Heruka arising from its rays, do the benefit of all beings without exception and place it in that very place. From that, the glorious Heruka resides on the corpse residing on the petals of various lotuses, residing on the circle of the sun, two-armed, three-eyed, the right hand holding a vajra, the left hand holding a skull marked with a vajra, with dance, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, the head wearing a wheel made of human heads that is the nature of Akshobhya.
