因为能动的风被抓住而增长，为了平息它，就观修快乐没有自性。这样观修之后，如果想要欢笑，想要发出喧闹的声音，那就是非常增长，是快乐的增长，所以要非常努力，观修不要执着于快乐。这样观修之后，如果非常陶醉，没有记忆，愚昧，那就是止的成分太多了，为了消除它，就观修内部的一切法都是幻化。这样观修之后，如果心散乱，就观修幻化不可得。这样均衡之后，反复观修，就会生起明亮无分别，从而获得大乐。以上那样观修的时候，为了唤醒空行母不退失，在发光的时候就发出信号。如果不知道，就观修无分别。这样观修之后，空行母就会加持。愿一切众生具有密咒的意义，愿在此大者之上获得菩提！名为《口诀次第第三》。大导师多比黑汝嘎亲口所造圆满。 《口诀次第第三》，多比黑汝嘎造。

Because the active wind is seized and increases, in order to pacify it, contemplate that happiness has no inherent nature. After contemplating in this way, if you want to laugh, want to make noisy sounds, that is a great increase, an increase in happiness, so you must strive very hard and contemplate without fixating on happiness. After contemplating in this way, if you are very intoxicated, without memory, and ignorant, then there is too much of calm abiding, in order to eliminate it, contemplate that all internal dharmas are illusory. After contemplating in this way, if the mind is wild and scattered, contemplate that illusion is unobtainable. After balancing in this way, by repeatedly contemplating, clarity without discrimination will arise, and thus great bliss will be obtained. When contemplating in this way above, in order to awaken the dakini without degeneration, give a signal when shining. If you do not know, contemplate without discrimination. After contemplating in this way, the dakini will bless you. May all beings possess the meaning of secret mantra, and may they attain enlightenment on this great one!
