Offer. Offer mouth-rinsing water with "Om Ni Ri Ti Hum Kham (ཨོཾ་ནི་རི་ཏི་ཧཱུཾ་ཁཾ། om ni ri ti hūṃ khaṃ)". Offer foot-washing water with "Om Sarva Sam Shodhini Hum Phat (ཨོཾ་སརྦྦ་སཾ་ཤོ་དྷ་ནི་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། oṃ sarva saṃ śo dha ni hūṃ phaṭ)". Again, offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, and the sound of bells. With "Jah Hum Vam Hoh (ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ། jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ)", merge into the Samaya-sattva, empower, and seal. Again, offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, and musical instruments. Recite the mantra of that deity many times, and then dismiss the deity with the hundred-syllable mantra and "Muh (མུཿ། muḥ)". This is the ritual for abiding in the preparatory stage. The ritual sequence is clearly distinguished.
