ཆེན་པོ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་ཞེ་ན། ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་པས་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བསྐོར་བ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་བསྐོར་ཞེ་ན། བླ་མའི་མན་ངག་ལས། རླུང་མ་དང༌། གཉིད་མ་གཉིས་གཙོ་བོ་སྤྲད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེས་རླུང་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །དེས་ཙཎྜ་ལཱི་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་རོ། །དེས་སྤྲུལ་པ་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་རོ། །དེས་དམ་ཚིག་གི་རྟོག་པ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྲེགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ན་ཆུང་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྐོར་ནས་གཡས་ནས་ཕྱུང་ནས་ཕྱིར་མཆོད་པའི་དོན་བྱས་ཏེ་གཡོན་དུ་ཞུགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་གཡོན་དུ་བསྐོར་ཏེ་གནད་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་སྟེ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཞུགས་ནས། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིར་གྱུར་ཏེ། སླར་བདུད་རྩི་ཁྱེར་ནས་ཛཱ་ལནྡྷ་ར་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱང་ཁེངས། གཡོན་གྱི་རྩ་ནས་ཞུགས་ཏེ་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡང་གསོས། དེ་ནས་གཡས་སུ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། ཕྱིར་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལ་ཐིམ་ནས་གདོད་དམ་ཚིག་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཡོངས་སུ་གསོས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་པ་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ཆེར་འབར་ཏེ། ཡང་སྔོན་བཞིན་དུ་བསྐོར་བ་ཡང་སྐྲའི་རྩེ་མོ་བརྒྱར་གཤགས་པའི་ཚད་ཙམ་དུ་ཡར་འགྲོ་བ་དང་མར་འགྲོ་བ་ཡང་མི་མཐོང་ངོ༌། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་འདོད་པའི་དོན་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡང་དང་ཡང་བྱས་ཀྱང་མ་རྙེད་ན་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞི་ལ་ཐིག་ལེ་བཞི་བྱས་ཏེ་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེས་ཀྱང་མ་རྙེད་ན། ཨཾ་ཧཾ་གཉིས་ལས་བསླབ་པར་ བྱའོ། །དེས་ཀྱང་མ་རྙེད་ན་ཨཾ་དང་ཧཱུྃ་ལས་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་འདོད་པའི་དོན་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྙེད་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་རོ་བརྒྱད་སྐྱེ་ལ། སྐྱེས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་གྲི་གུག་གིས་ལྷའི་བདུད་བསད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཐིམ་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ལ། དེ་ནི་སྦྲུལ་འཁྱིལ་བ་དང་འདྲའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་གྱུར་པས་སེང་གེ་ཕྲུག་གུ་གསོའོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ངོ་བོ་དེ་ལ་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞི་ལས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཤད་ཟིན་ཏོ། ། གནས་པ་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞིའི་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད།

要如何才能获得伟大之境呢？通过完全的旋转可以获得。如何旋转呢？从上师的口诀中得知，气和睡眠二者最重要，要结合在一起。由此生起气，由此拙火猛烈燃烧，由此幻身猛烈燃烧，由此誓言的分别念猛烈焚烧。之后，与少女猛烈旋转，从右边取出，为了供养而向外，然后进入左边。之后，在伟大的安乐轮中向左旋转，打开要害之门，进入十方诸佛的心间，化为智慧甘露，再次带着甘露融入名为匝兰达拉的地方。由此受用也充满，从左脉进入，也滋养了幻身。之后，进入右脉，向外融入受用，首先完全滋养誓言的坛城。之后，又融入幻身，更加猛烈燃烧，又如先前一样旋转，向上和向下，即使是头发尖端分成一百份的程度也看不见。这样做了，就能获得想要的东西。如果这样反复做了也无法获得，那么就在四个轮上做四个明点，进行修习。如果这样也无法获得，那么就从ཨཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：阿姆）和ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：航）二者进行修习。 如果这样也无法获得，那么就从ཨཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：阿姆）和ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）进行修习。这样做了，就能获得想要的东西。获得之时，会生起八种觉受，生起之时，用弯刀杀死魔鬼。之后，就要完全融入，这就像蛇盘绕一样。这样做了，就能养育小狮子。如此这般的体性，被称为从四轮中获得究竟，已经宣说了。 安住四轮的真如。

How does one attain the great state? By complete circumambulation, it will be attained. How does one circumambulate? From the guru's instructions: the vital air and sleep, these two are most important, they should be joined together. By this, air is generated. By this, Caṇḍālī blazes intensely. By this, the illusory body blazes intensely. By this, the conceptualizations of vows are intensely burned. Then, circumambulating intensely with a young woman, taking it from the right, making it an offering outward, and then entering the left. Then, circumambulating to the left in the great bliss maṇḍala, opening the door of the essential point, entering the hearts of all the Buddhas of the ten directions, transforming into the nectar of wisdom, again taking the nectar and dissolving into the place called Jālandhara. By this, enjoyment is also filled. Entering from the left channel, the illusory body is also nourished. Then, entering to the right, dissolving outward into enjoyment, first completely nourishing the maṇḍala of vows. Then, again dissolving into the illusory body, blazing more intensely, again circumambulating as before, going up and down, even to the extent of splitting a hair into a hundred parts, it is not seen. By doing this, the desired object will be attained. If, even after doing this repeatedly, it is not attained, then one should practice by placing four bindus on the four chakras. If even that does not lead to attainment, then one should practice from Aṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：阿姆) and Haṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：航). If even that does not lead to attainment, then one should practice from Aṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：阿姆) and Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). By doing this, the desired object will be attained. At the time of attainment, eight kinds of experiences will arise, and at the time of arising, the demons of the gods are killed with a curved knife. Then, one should completely dissolve, which is like a coiled snake. By becoming like that, one nourishes a lion cub. Such a nature is called the completion from the four chakras, it has been explained. The suchness of abiding in the four chakras.
