Therefore, this is not a secret, supreme fire offering, but the essence of self-nature joy. Dustless, completely dustless! This means that by removing the dust associated with concepts, etc., and all the dust of habitual tendencies, (things) become pure in the state of self-nature. Emptiness is the separation of non-emptiness! This means that the meaning of completeness transcends elaboration and is separate from skillful means. Furthermore, the fire offering of self-nature is neither form, nor feelings, etc., nor sense organs, nor elements, nor places, nor all the elements. It is neither extreme emptiness, nor great emptiness, nor non-emptiness. It is inexpressible, secret, and separate from the substance of self-awareness. This is not something that transcends self-awareness; this is called the fire offering of Suchness. Therefore, (it is said in the scriptures): The aggregates and elements are distinctions; which lord of the gods is burned? That is the ultimate truth of fire! and so on. The aggregates, elements, places, etc., are not the substance of distinctions, as previously stated.
