Second, the commentary on the chapter of mantras. Second, the commentary on the chapter of mantras. It speaks of various abilities, as well as causing stiffness and expulsion, creating divisions and manifest actions, and so on. Thus, it is said with regard to the second chapter. The so-called chapter of mantras is so called because it protects beings who go with the mind of true meaning, hence it is a mantra. The mind of enlightenment of true meaning is called praise. Because it is the common cause of mantras, the letters Om and so on are also called that. In order to clarify it, the chapter is also called that. Powers and so on, together with their retinue, are all beings. This is also the property of those gods, so it is the property of all beings. Torma is necessary to be close for the sake of offering. The mantra of its meaning is also called that. The so-called all mantras are the verses of the mantra of the recitation of the Joyful Vajra. Write the letter 'pam' with ochre, and in the middle of it write 'oṃ hūṃ deva datta staṃ bha ya hūṃ svāhā'. Fill it with ashes from a cemetery and seal it with another piece of clay that has not been used for soma. On top of that, draw a four-cornered maṇḍala of the Powerful One, adorned with vajras, bury it under the ground, and press it down with your left foot. Remain in the samādhi as previously shown and recite the mantra: 'oṃ hūṃ vajra deva datta staṃ bha ya hūṃ svāhā' one hundred and eight or a thousand times, and it will become rigid. Similarly, from the letter 'i', visualize the white yoginī with the color of three guṇas, holding a noose and a hook. Meditate on the letter 'aṃ' like the color of a bandhuka flower in your heart, and recite the mantra 'oṃ aṃ svāhā' a hundred thousand times for the purpose of preliminary recitation. Then, visualize the object to be accomplished, red in color, naked, with loosened hair, in front of you. In its bhaga, think of the letter 'oṃ' with the color of fire. Or, if it is a male, in your heart, think that it melts and becomes intoxicated by the light of the letter 'aṃ'. Recite 'oṃ am gaurī che ge mo me bha śa māna ya haṃ svāhā', bind the throat with a noose, pierce the heart with a hook, and draw it out completely. If you think that it definitely arrives at the base of your feet, it will definitely come under your control. Similarly, from the letter 'i', visualize the yakṣiṇī yoginī, blue in color, holding a thumb and a threatening gesture. Meditate on the blue letter 'khaṃ' on the sun in your heart, and recite 'oṃ khaṃ svāhā' a hundred thousand times for the purpose of preliminary recitation. Visualize the object to be accomplished, naked, with disheveled hair, riding a blue buffalo. Think that it turns its face to the south and runs away because it is disturbed and brandishing a staff, and recite the mantra: 'oṃ a khaṃ bai ra yo gi nī che ge mo u tsa ta ya khaṃ hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ'. It will definitely be expelled in seven days. Similarly, from the letter 'u', meditate on the vajra ḍākinī yoginī, and meditate on the blue letter 'jṛṃ' on the sun in your heart. Recite 'oṃ jṛṃ svāhā' a hundred thousand times, and the object to be accomplished will be riding a horse and a buffalo, fighting each other.
