Even many warriors arrayed in armor, Cannot defeat, will not defeat, and will never defeat, The unbearable battle of afflictions, you dispel them, I bow to the Lama Buddha, the kind one. Even a billion trillion suns, Cannot dry, will not dry, and will never dry, The great river of existence, you dry it up, I bow to the Lama Buddha, the kind one. Even many vajras blazing intensely, Cannot shatter, will not shatter, and will never shatter, The high mountain of pride, you topple it, I bow to the Lama Buddha, the kind one. To accomplish the present task, Even in hundreds of millions of eons, Tirelessly employing the three doors of body, speech, and mind, It's hard to repay your immense kindness. May those who constantly uphold discipline and possess wisdom through hearing and thinking, Meditate on Vajra Yoga day and night, Applying the profound path's true meaning to meditation. Benefit others with compassion, Perhaps then, a little of your kindness can be repaid. Therefore, to fulfill your intentions, With immaculate discipline, Samadhi, and wisdom, Like the sky, the ocean, the light of the sun and moon, May the needs of oneself and others be fulfilled. May I never be separated from the kind teacher, With mundane affairs as service, Always pleasing the kind Guru, Quickly attain the state of a Guru. This is a prayer remembering the kindness of the Guru, composed by the vagrant Sherab Gyaltsen. May there be auspiciousness!
