The Collected Works of Dokpupa Sherab Gyaltsen JDol70 contains 'The Practice Method of the Protector Bird King and Other Beneficial Activities' 7-360 'The Practice Method of the Protector Bird King and Other Beneficial Activities' Subdued by meditation. 'The Practice Method of the Protector Bird King and Other Beneficial Activities' Namas শ্রী Kalacakraya (Homage to glorious Kalachakra). First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then practice the visualization and recitation of Vajrasattva. After that, protect your own body. That is, visualize Om (ॐ, oṃ, Om) on the forehead, Ah (आः, āḥ, Ah) on the throat, Hum (हुं, hūṃ, Hum) on the heart, Hoh (होः, hoḥ, Hoh) on the navel, Ham (हं, haṃ, Ham) on the crown of the head, and Ksha (क्ष, kṣa, Ksha) on the secret place. On the fingers of the left hand, from the little finger to the thumb, visualize in order: A, I, Ri, U, Li (अ इ ऋ उ लृ, a i ṛ u lṛ, A I Ri U Li). On the fingers of the right hand, from the thumb to the little finger, visualize: Li, U, Ri, I, A (लृ ऊ ऋ ई अ, lṛ ū ṛ ī a, Li U Ri I A). On the left thigh, visualize La (ल, la, La), and on the right thigh, visualize La (ला, lā, La). Similarly, on the left and right of the navel, visualize Va, Va (व वा, va vā, Va Va), on the left and right of the heart, visualize Ra, Ra (र रा, ra rā, Ra Ra), on the left and right inside the mouth, visualize Ya, Ya (य या, ya yā, Ya Ya), and on the left and right of the forehead, visualize Ha, Ha (ह हा, ha hā, Ha Ha). On the left ear, visualize Hum (हुं, hūṃ, Hum), and on the right ear, visualize Ksha (क्ष, kṣa, Ksha). Similarly, on the left and right of the throat, visualize Hya, Hya (ह्य ह्य, hya hyā, Hya Hya), on the left and right of the armpits, visualize Hri, Hri (हॄ हॄ, hṛ hṛ, Hri Hri), on the left and right of the waist, visualize Hri, Hri (हॄ हॄ, hṛ hṛ, Hri Hri), and on the left and right of the thighs, visualize Hla, Hla (ह्ल ह्ला, hla hlā, Hla Hla). Then, in your own heart, visualize Pam (पं, paṃ, Pam) transforming into a lotus, and Ram (रं, raṃ, Ram) transforming into a sun disc, upon which the syllable Kshim (क्षं, kṣiṃ, Kshim) radiates light, benefiting oneself and others. Then gather it back, completely transforming into the Protector Bird King Anila: from the feet to the hips is yellow, from the hips to the navel is white, from the navel to the throat is red, from the throat to between the eyebrows is black, and from between the eyebrows to the crown of the head is green, visualize as five colors. Adorned with the ornaments of the five Naga families, visualize Om (ॐ, oṃ, Om) on the forehead, Ah (आः, āḥ, Ah) on the throat, Hum (हुं, hūṃ, Hum) on the heart, Hoh (होः, hoḥ, Hoh) on the navel, Svaha (स्वा, svā, Svaha) on the secret place, and Ha (हा, hā, Ha) on the crown of the head, visualizing that they are sealed with these five. Then, from the Hum (हुं, hūṃ, Hum) in the heart, radiate light, invite the wisdom beings, offer them offerings, and recite Jah Hum Bam Hoh (जः हुं बं होः, jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Jah Hum Bam Hoh), merging into non-duality. Again, radiate light, invite the initiation deities, offer them offerings, and visualize receiving the initiation. Then, 7-361 In the heart of the Protector Bird King, visualize the syllable Kshim (क्षं, kṣiṃ, Kshim) on a lotus and sun disc, surrounded by Om Pakshim Svaha (ओं पक्षिं स्वाहा, oṃ pakṣiṃ svāhā, Om Pakshim Svaha). By reciting this mantra one million times, all the obstacles of contenders, spirits, yakshas, constellations, etc., as well as dakinis and worldly mothers, will listen to your commands. If you want to protect a patient suffering from snake bites or other diseases, first protect the patient's body with the above-mentioned protections, and then write on a cattail leaf. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

或者二十指节长。 在自己的手掌上画出向上延伸的十龙种子字,按在病人的心口上,可以解毒。在病人的额头上念诵“哈哈”,在脚上念诵,可以使毒僵硬。在头顶念诵“瓦”,在肚脐念诵“RA(藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:火)”,可以解毒。 Or twenty finger-widths. Draw the ten Nāga seed syllables extending upwards on your own palm, and press it against the patient's heart to counteract the poison. On the patient's forehead, meditate on 'Haha', and on the feet, meditate to stiffen the poison. Meditate on 'Wa' on the crown of the head, and meditate on 'Ra (Tibetan: ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: र, Sanskrit Romanization: ra, Chinese literal meaning: fire)' on the navel to dispel the poison. Meditate on [or the heart?] on the forehead to transfer the poison. Meditate on 'Li' on the feet to counteract the poison. Meditate on a white bindu on the forehead to eliminate the three false and unstable poisons. Meditate on a red bindu on the forehead to counteract the poison; meditate on a black one to digest the poison; meditate on a yellow bindu to stiffen the poison. These are all methods of healing through meditation. Healing with medicine: The method of healing with medicine is: ginger, long pepper (Sanskrit: pippali), cinnamon, the three hot spices mixed with urine, inhaled through the nostril on the side where the wind is flowing, can counteract the poison. Or grafting vegetables onto a tree root and applying it to the uvula can also work. Or with various flowers, sandalwood (Sanskrit: Śrīkhaṇḍa), herbal aloe vera (Sanskrit: Kumārī), the three hot spices, rock salt, juniper, Clerodendrum indicum (Sanskrit: Devadali), Brahma tree, barley alkali (Sanskrit: Yava-kṣāra), puffball, Calotropis gigantea (Sanskrit: Arka), fruitless juniper, mixing equal parts of feces, semen, and blood, grinding them, and making a paste with urine, pouring it into the nostril on the side where the wind is flowing. Thus, whether it is possession by spirits, or an epidemic caused by spirits, or a fixed epidemic, poison, and snake venom, it will surely be eliminated. This 'Garuda Sadhana Ritual - Including Other-Benefit Activities', at the request of the virtuous spiritual friend Tsondru Palwa (Tibetan: བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དཔལ་བ་, meaning: Diligence Glory), Shari patron Sonam Rinchen (Tibetan: བསོད་རིན་, meaning: Merit Jewel), and nephew Sangye Gyaltsen (Tibetan: སངས་རྒྱས་རྒྱལ་མཚན་, meaning: Buddha Banner), was written by Kalachakra master Sherab Gyaltsen (Tibetan: ཤེས་རབ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་, meaning: Wisdom Banner) in the Accomplishing Year (1319) on the fourteenth day of the Auspicious Month, in the secluded place of Great Bliss.
