大光明之梯第十一日轮。 大光明之梯第十一日轮。 ༈ 大光明之梯第十一日轮之名。顶礼上师莲花生。此有基础之梯，分为空性堆积、精华堆积、表号堆积三种。第一种是：一切有情皆有安住之基础明灯六盏。其内，自生且超越痛苦的法界如海般积聚，犹如堆积之物。第二种是：于彼，在未成有情和所化众生之显现二者之时，如牛奶之精华凝结成酥油般，依于身之脉、明点而住，从以清净元素之形式存在的明点光芒中，向外显现圆满的各种颜色，显现为空性与明点如珠串般，亦是无云晴空，以及内在明灯之明点成熟次第之精华明灯。表号堆积是：空性之虚空，光之明镜，身之影像，此三者。如是认识之后，认识基础和道路之明灯自性，也称为通达表号意义之梯。又，提升之梯是总的享用三要点光明之轮，特别是明点于关要处挤压之梯，风无动摇而系缚。交付于身像之梯是：心如囚犯般执持之口诀。于空性圆满中回旋之梯是：断绝欲望之二门。念头之门关闭是自性稳定的梯子。智慧于何处显现之梯是：胜幢观于空性之口诀。彼等亦依次于身体安住姿势不改变之上，眼角旁之脉稍微挤压，心交付于大便道，上下之二气于意念中稍微系缚，小脉之二脉稍微，如三粒豆子般重量按压而修习，有时将心专注于空性和明灯之花。向上增长之梯是：外在如积资净障，本尊观修，念诵咒语，上师瑜伽等，内在如反复的鲁山和物质之幻轮。秘密如前述之七要点。获得逆转。

The Eleventh Step of Great Luminosity: The Wheel of the Sun. The Eleventh Step of Great Luminosity: The Wheel of the Sun. ༈ The Eleventh Step of Great Luminosity, called the Wheel of the Sun. Homage to Guru Padmakara. This has the foundational step, divided into three: the accumulation of emptiness, the accumulation of essence, and the accumulation of symbols. The first is: All sentient beings have six lamps of the foundational state of abiding. Within them, the spontaneously arising and beyond suffering Dharmadhatu is accumulated like an ocean, like a heap of things gathered together. The second is: In that, at the time of the appearance of non-sentient beings and those to be tamed, like the essence of milk congealing into butter, relying on the body's channels and bindus, from the rays of light that exist in the form of pure elements, the various colors that appear outwardly are perfected, appearing as emptiness and bindus like a string of beads, also like a cloudless sky, and the essence lamp is the maturing sequence of the bindus of the inner lamp itself. The accumulation of symbols is: the space of emptiness, the mirror of light, the image of the body, these three. Thus, having recognized them, recognizing the nature of the lamps of the base and the path is also called the step of attaining the meaning of symbols. Again, the step of ascent is generally enjoying the wheel of luminosity of the three key points, and specifically the step of squeezing the bindu at the key point, binding the wind without trembling. The step of entrusting to the body image is: the oral instruction of holding the mind like a prisoner. The step of revolving in the fullness of emptiness is: cutting off the two doors of desire. The closing of the door of thoughts is the step of the stability of the natural sound. The step of where wisdom manifests is: the oral instruction of viewing the victory banner in emptiness. These, in order, without changing the posture of the body, slightly squeezing the veins at the corner of the eye, entrusting the mind to the anal passage, slightly binding the two upper and lower winds in the mind, slightly pressing the two small veins, weighing about three grains of beans, and meditating, and sometimes focusing the mind on the flowers of emptiness and the lamp. The step of increasing upwards is: outwardly like accumulating merit and purifying obscurations, meditating on deities, reciting mantras, and guru yoga, inwardly like repeated rushan and material mandalas. The secret is like the seven key points mentioned earlier. Reversing attainment.
