Furthermore, the key point of the door is not to deviate from the three ways of looking; the key point of the object is to focus on the sun, moon, lamp, mirror, and sky; the key point of the wind is to exhale and inhale between the lips and teeth without touching slightly, these are six. Thus, the root of practice that does not go beyond the six key points is the six lamps: The heart (Tibetan: སྙིང་,Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त,Sanskrit Romanization: citta, Literal Chinese meaning: heart) jewel, the lamp of flesh and blood, the fundamental place where wisdom resides. Within it, there is a golden vein; its upper end is empty and self-liberated. On the right is white silk thread, on the left is thin and twisted. The golden vein downwards pierces the life vein, these are the self-radiance of wisdom, the body light, the path through which wisdom flows, therefore it is the white and smooth vein lamp. The two vein ends of white silk thread and thin and twisted are the door through which wisdom arises, the distant lasso, the water lamp, these are the three lamps of the container. The lamp of the pure dharmadhatu, appearing as the nature of five-colored rainbows standing upright and radiating horizontally; the lamp of the empty bindu, the halo of five lights of water patterns; self-born wisdom or vajra chain, rosary or stretched iron chain-like three, are called the three lamps of essence. Like this, without being distracted by the appearance of the essence lamps in the object, and looking in a state of non-conceptualization, one sees the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas simultaneously. Therefore, one will quickly attain the state of Buddhahood. There is no teaching more supreme than this, even if a thousand Buddhas searched, they could not find it.
