རྩ་རླུང་གནད་བསྡུས། རྩ་རླུང་གནད་བསྡུས། ༈ རྩ་རླུང་གནད་བསྡུས་ནིཿ 归纳而言，三脉五轮显明现；左右气精融入于中脉；糟粕之气收摄向外放；中脉气精滋养诸细脉；散布之时，修习幻轮之究竟；与味香等细脉相合之；结节想以风来解开之；勇父勇母拥抱行双运；风使身处诸佛之坛城；以献供养圆满二资粮；身体之作用束缚于七法，无动摇；风之作用束缚于上下相合；心之作用束缚于光明摄持；由此生起体验与胜妙之真实；除此以外之禅定幻术；世间一切皆无有；诸佛之近道胜妙法；要诀在于顺应本初之风；乃从智慧密道中涌现也。 རྩ་རླུང་གནད་བསྡུས།

Essence of Channels and Winds. ༈ The essence of channels and winds is this: When gathering, the three channels and five chakras become clear; The vital essence of the right and left winds is absorbed into the central channel; The impure wind is gathered and expelled outwards; The vital essence of the central channel nourishes the subtle channels; At the end of practicing the illusory wheel in dispersion; Together with the subtle channels such as rasa and rasayana; Think that the knots are untied by the wind; The heroes and heroines embrace and enjoy union; The wind causes the assembly of victorious ones to reside in the body; By offering worship, the two accumulations are perfected; The body's actions are bound by the seven dharmas, without wavering; The wind's actions are bound by the union of above and below; The mind's actions are bound by the absorption of clear light; From this, the true experience and excellence arise; Other than this, the illusion of meditative stabilization; Does not exist anywhere in the world; The supreme close path of all Buddhas; The key is to conform to the innate wind; It arises from the secret path of wisdom.
