十八种满足之歌 十八种满足之歌 ༈ 十八种满足之歌。若以智慧放眼看待此生则满足。1。 所做皆成佛法，具福之子啊！若于相续中生起无常之心则满足。2。 不为懒惰拖延所惑，具福之子啊！若对三宝生起信心，皈依亦满足。3。 一切佛法皆为一体，具福之子啊！若于相续中修持菩提心亦满足。4。 乃大乘瑜伽，具福之子啊！若一心专注于空性之义亦满足。5。 乃见解之总纲，具福之子啊！若仅粗略了悟无我亦满足。6。 亦能断除轮回之根，具福之子啊！若如眼珠般守护戒律亦满足。7。 乃功德之基础，具福之子啊！若仅安住于禅定亦满足。8。 不为烦恼过患所染，具福之子啊！若依止不离之上师亦满足。9。 加持传承心意相传，具福之子啊！若仅获得灌顶亦甚满足。10。 不取七世之利益，具福之子啊！若守护清净誓言亦满足。11。 能滋养种姓，具福之子啊！若行持清净观与虔诚心亦满足。12。 中阴显现为本尊，具福之子啊！若观想世俗本尊亦满足。13。 显现转为清净，具福之子啊！若修持光明圆满次第亦满足。14。 获得大手印，具福之子啊！若修持双运大圆满，此乃殊胜。15。 果位二身得成就，具福之子啊！若念诵嘛呢亦满足。16。 得生普陀山，具福之子啊！若作往生祈愿与本尊亦满足。17。 得生极乐世界，具福之子啊！此外无有更劣之善行。 无论成就何者，皆能满足。18。 胜于无有行善之意愿与追求。 此非佛法之粗鄙，具福之子啊！ 于此之中，无论喜爱何者，皆是具法缘者。 愿汝究竟之愿望得以成就！ 嘎嘎所作。 十八种满足之歌

The Song of Eighteen Satisfactions The Song of Eighteen Satisfactions ༈ The Song of Eighteen Satisfactions. If you let go of this life with wisdom, it is satisfying. 1. Whatever you do becomes Dharma, fortunate son! If the thought of impermanence arises in your mind, it is satisfying. 2. Not being swayed by laziness and procrastination, fortunate son! If you have faith in the Three Jewels and take refuge, it is also satisfying. 3. All Dharmas are integrated into one, fortunate son! If you cultivate this Bodhicitta in your mind, it is also satisfying. 4. It is the Great Vehicle Yoga, fortunate son! If you devote yourself to the meaning of emptiness, it is also satisfying. 5. It is the general principle of view, fortunate son! If you roughly realize selflessness, it is also satisfying. 6. It can also cut off the root of samsara, fortunate son! If you protect discipline like your eyes, it is also satisfying. 7. It is the foundation of qualities, fortunate son! If you just stay in meditation, it is also satisfying. 8. Not stained by the faults of afflictions, fortunate son! If you rely on the inseparable Lama, it is also satisfying. 9. Blessings and mind lineage are transmitted, fortunate son! If you just receive empowerment, it is very satisfying. 10. Not taking the benefits of seven lifetimes, fortunate son! If you keep pure vows, it is also satisfying. 11. It nourishes the lineage, fortunate son! If you practice pure perception and devotion, it is also satisfying. 12. The Bardo appears as a deity, fortunate son! If you meditate on the conventional deity, it is also satisfying. 13. Appearances turn into purity, fortunate son! If you meditate on the clear light Dzogchen, it is also satisfying. 14. You obtain Mahamudra, fortunate son! If you meditate on Yuganaddha Dzogchen, it is excellent. 15. The fruition of two bodies is accomplished, fortunate son! If you recite Mani, it is also satisfying. 16. You are born on Mount Potala, fortunate son! If you make aspiration prayers and the Yidam, it is satisfying. 17. You are born in Sukhavati, fortunate son! Furthermore, there is no inferior virtuous deed. Whatever is accomplished, it is satisfying. 18. Better than having no intention or pursuit of doing good.
