On the crown of intense remorse, meditate on the Guru Vajrasattva. Possessing the four powers, speak thus: Kye ma! Reviling the guru and transgressing the Sugata's command, harming one's Dharma brothers and sisters, abandoning bodhicitta, knowingly emitting semen, denigrating philosophical tenets, proclaiming secrets to the immature—I confess and disclose all of these. Doubting and scorning the aggregates as primordially enlightened, not liberating beings in the ten directions, measuring the nature of reality with the mind, abandoning qualified disciples, timely samaya substances, reviling wise women—I confess and disclose all of these. In the equality of samsara and nirvana, the unborn, primordial purity, like a dream, the manner of practice and protection, transgressing contradictions, breaking vows, and holding to the supreme discipline, the great seal of primordial liberation is difficult to transgress. Sa ma ya. A kam ka shuddhe svaha. Thus, also for the purpose of dedicating and enumerating to oneself and others, due to being controlled by laziness, it is condensed with a casual name. By this virtue, may all beings attain Vajradhara, and having emptied the depths of samsara, may they become great yogis! ༈ Or, the method of confession is: Hum! Bhagavan, in the essence of the three kayas, enlightened, from the four pitakas, the ultimate of what is permitted and prohibited, general and specific, and especially condensed, I confess and disclose all vows and samayas that have been broken. (Of the Gathering,) the five families and the four spoken intentions, the uncommon eight and (of Chakrasamvara) the eight left-hand practices, the ten practices to be accomplished (from the Gurusadhanamala), the nine aspects of conduct (from the Abhisambodhi-lama), of the Wheel of Time, the five to be protected and the five not to be done, the five killings, the five angers, and the five attachments, (from the Samputa Tantra) the six heat-gaining ascetic practices and of the great Agama (from the Anuyoga), the twenty-three great ascetic practices, ninety-six broken vows, I confess and disclose all of these. 殊胜誓言二十二等，所有应守护、应防护、应舍弃之总集，违犯、衰损、破损、已逝有多少，不隐瞒、不隐藏，从心坦白忏悔，不遮蔽，祈请梵天至尊之成就。尽力念诵百字明。此乃誓言忏悔之记录，乃由弟子图丹门兰（Thubten Monlam）屡次劝请，嘎嘎阿贝（Gaga Abhy）所说。吉祥！ ༈ 轮回涅槃内外一切诸法，皆是赤白风之幻化，根本身语意平等，药供血供甚稀有，无明自性即是智慧光明，明灯自光光辉盛大，斩断广大空性之边执，见解总持以供养圆满，轮回无处通彻之，祈请证悟意界，赐予成就。嘎嘎所说。善哉！ 十四根本堕忏悔文·日光。

The twenty-two excellent samayas, etc., whatever is the entirety of what should be kept, protected, and abandoned, however many violations, deteriorations, breakages, and transgressions there may be, without concealing or hiding, I confess and repent from the heart, without obscuring, grant the supreme accomplishment of Brahma. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible. This is a record of the confession of vows, spoken by Gaga Abhy at the repeated urging of the student Thubten Monlam. Mangalam! ༈ All phenomena of samsara and nirvana, inner and outer, are illusions of red and white winds. The root is equal in body, speech, and mind. Medicine offerings and blood offerings are extremely rare. The very nature of ignorance is clear wisdom. The lamp's own light is great in splendor. Cut off the clinging to the extreme of vast emptiness. Fulfill the view of all-encompassing with offerings. Samsara is without place, completely clear.
