忏悔堕罪之简略仪轨，解脱心宝。 忏悔堕罪之简略仪轨，解脱心宝。 忏悔堕罪之简略仪轨，解脱心宝。 吽! 坛城海之遍主及眷属垂念！身之有内外密三种，外亦有内外密：盗窃、不净行、杀生，我皆忏悔！身之内部的内外密三种：詈骂道友、自身、正法，以及詈骂他人，轻贱自身苦行，殴打或不净，所有这一切我皆忏悔！身之秘密的内外密：殴打道友，詈骂饰品，殴打法友，与上师法友之母行不净，践踏上师之身影，不守护三门，我皆忏悔！语之有内外密三种，外亦有内外密三种：妄语、离间语、恶语三种，所有说过的，于此时我皆忏悔！语之内部的内外密三种：宣说正法之语，思维正法之义，于安住之实相修习，不恶口诅咒，这些誓言违犯错乱，我皆忏悔！语之秘密的内外密：金刚道友，以及上师之母，连同近侍等之语，以及上师之语，所有轻蔑，我皆忏悔！意之有内外密三种，意之外部亦有内外密：又贪恋上师之财物，对大众怀有害心，邪见恶修，我皆忏悔！意之内部的内外密：行为放逸，修习时掉举昏沉，于有无等见解，执着于边，所有这一切，无余于此时我皆忏悔！意之秘密的内外密三种：日夜不间断观修，不修本尊，以及上师瑜伽，舍弃道友之爱恋，我皆忏悔！此外，守护不周全之支分，圆满大圆满之誓言，所有堕罪，不隐瞒，怀惭愧，我皆忏悔，以后断绝！祈请赐予清净殊胜之成就！如是，亦为令自之弟子易懂，噶噶书写。 与三坛城不分离，此乃根本之誓言。恒时供养恭敬三宝，不詈骂上师，不与道友争吵，对有情

Lords of the Mandala Ocean with your retinues, pay attention! Of the three aspects of body, outer, inner, and secret, even the outer has outer, inner, and secret: stealing, unchastity, taking life, I confess and admit! The three outer, inner, and secret aspects of the inner body: scolding spiritual siblings, oneself, and the Dharma, as well as scolding individuals, belittling one's own asceticism, striking or being impure, all of this I confess and admit! In the outer, inner, and secret aspects of the secret body: striking spiritual siblings, scolding ornaments, striking Dharma friends, engaging in misconduct with the mother of the guru's Dharma friend, stepping on the guru's shadow, not restraining the three doors, I confess! Of speech, there are three aspects, outer, inner, and secret, and the outer also has three aspects, outer, inner, and secret: lying, slander, harsh words, all that has been spoken, at this time I confess and admit! The three outer, inner, and secret aspects of inner speech: speaking Dharma words, contemplating the meaning of the Dharma, meditating on the abiding reality, not uttering curses, these vows that have been broken and transgressed, I confess and admit! In the outer, inner, and secret aspects of secret speech: Vajra spiritual siblings, as well as the guru's mother, along with their attendants, and the guru's speech, all contempt, I confess and admit! Of mind, there are three aspects, outer, inner, and secret, and the outer mind also has outer, inner, and secret: moreover, coveting the guru's wealth, harboring harmful thoughts towards the community, wrong views and wrong meditation, I confess! The inner, outer, and secret aspects of inner mind: acting carelessly, meditation becoming dull or agitated, clinging to extremes of views such as existence or non-existence, all of this, without exception, at this time I confess and admit! In the three outer, inner, and secret aspects of secret mind: not engaging in view and meditation day and night, not meditating on the Yidam, and the guru's yoga, abandoning love and compassion for Dharma friends, I confess and admit! Furthermore, the unprotected limbs and all the vows of Dzogchen that have been broken, without concealing, with remorse, I confess and admit, and vow to abstain from now on! Please bestow the pure and supreme accomplishments! Thus, Gaga wrote this in order to make it easy for his own students to understand. Not separating from the three mandalas, this is the root vow. Always offering and respecting the Three Jewels, not scolding the teacher, not quarreling with Dharma friends, sentient beings...

舍弃生命修慈心，舍弃十不善行十善，尊敬父母不泄密（八大）。誓言要守护，无有和闲聊，顿超和，唯一任运顿超之，无护誓言之诸种，违犯破损毁坏皆忏悔，赐予清净殊胜之成就，尽力念诵百字明，圆满大誓言诸破损，忏悔之法嘎嘎阿贝所著，以佛法之名义圆满所愿。 ༈ ཀྱཻ༔ 坛城自在上师尊，我以无明烦恼之，身语意之誓言上，违背错谬皆忏悔，四灌外之誓言与，秘密内之差别者，阿底无上之诸誓言，不敬放逸诸破损忏悔，共同谛嘎清净瑜伽和，甚深谛光明顿超大，轻视恩德违背教诲，无护超越界限皆忏悔，自生大乐之上，视作痛苦轮回皆忏悔，自解脱金刚藏之上，误入杂染垢染皆忏悔，遍布本有普贤王，不识自性过失皆忏悔，瑜伽忏悔真实力，愿三界轮回皆空寂。 如是最后念诵莲师百字明。 如是亦是希昂所说。 破戒忏悔之传承目录略摄解脱心宝。

Abandon life, cultivate loving-kindness, abandon the ten non-virtues and practice the ten virtues, respect parents and do not reveal secrets (the eight great ones). The vow is to be kept, without emptiness and idle talk, Trekchö and, the only spontaneous Thögal, the various unprotected vows, transgressions, breakages, and damages, I confess. Grant the pure and supreme accomplishment, recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible, all the breakages of the Dzogchen vows, the method of confession is written by Gaga Abhay, fulfill the wishes in the name of Dharma. ༈ ཀྱཻ༔ Mandala, sovereign, lama, lord, I, with ignorance and afflictions, on the vows of body, speech, and mind, all violations and errors, I confess. The four empowerments, the external vows, and, the secret inner differences, all the Ati unsurpassed vows, disrespect, carelessness, all breakages, I confess. Common Tika pure yoga and, profound Ti, clear breakthrough, great, belittling kindness, disobeying teachings, unprotected, transgressing boundaries, I confess. On the spontaneously arising great bliss, viewing suffering as samsara, I confess. On the self-liberated vajra essence, mistaking it for impure defilements, I confess. All-pervading, primordially existent Samantabhadra, not knowing one's own nature, all faults, I confess. By the power of yoga, repentance, and true purification, may the three realms of samsara become empty. Thus, in the end, recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Padmasambhava.
