གས་ 杰，无与伦比之珍宝三者。 གས་ 杰，无与伦比之珍宝三者。 那摩。大悲无与伦比之珍宝三者。具恩三重根本传承上师众。祈请生生世世中，不离摄受加持我。一次获得之暇满珍宝身，如刹那无常幻化之戏耍。若今未得真实之精髓，未来难遇如是之缘起。若能把握永恒之目标，则无过于自爱。世间八法如妖娆之容颜，欲妙如狡诈之欺骗者，自心如幼稚之孩童。此乃授记亦是教诲。故当依止苦行之对治力，于一切时如雌鹿一般，于诸佛菩萨证得寂静之处，安住于三种寂静之苦行中，于永恒不变之安乐地，成就二利之究竟语。如是老朽宁玛咒士之呓语。索南策仁·俄尔嘎嘎书。

Ga je, incomparable precious three. Ga je, incomparable precious three. Namo. Great compassion, incomparable precious three. Kind root and lineage lamas, I pray that in all my lives, may you never abandon me and always guide me with your blessings. This precious human life, so difficult to obtain, is like a momentary, impermanent, illusory play. If we do not grasp the true essence now, it will be difficult to find such conditions again in the future. If we can grasp the eternal goal, there is no greater love than self-love. The eight worldly concerns are like the face of a seductive woman, the qualities of desire are like cunning deceivers, and our own mind is like a naive child. This is both a prophecy and an instruction. Therefore, relying on the antidote of asceticism, at all times, like a female deer, in the place where the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have attained peace, abiding in the asceticism of the three solitudes, in the eternal and unchanging state of bliss, may we accomplish the ultimate words of achieving the two benefits.
