The Buddha said this is extremely base and condemned by the wise. Especially, our own lives are uncertain. There is no knowing when the Lord of Death, the Mara, will come. There is no certainty of not dying even tonight. Therefore, strive diligently. Samsara is tormented and burned like a pit of fire. There is not even one moment of peace. This suffering, difficult to bear, is mistaken for happiness. Alas! Is this ignorance, or abiding in reality? Black and white karma accompany us like body and shadow. By the power of virtue and vice, happiness and suffering continue without interruption. Whatever is grasped as existent is like driving a stake into the ground. Seeking the choice of cause and effect is like a dream. Especially, obtaining the supreme fruit, the jewel, is like the appearance of an udumbara flower in the world.

Visualize the Subduing Vajra, blue in color, adorned with the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya, holding a wheel in his right hand and a vajra crossed vajra in his left, carrying a skull cup filled with nectar, seated in the vajra posture. From his body, rays of light emanate, and the mandala of the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, including the support and the supported, appear as five-colored rays of light and dissolve into you. Om, Vajra, Guru, Heruka, Samaya, Born, Born)" as much as possible, without distraction. At times, repeatedly observe the nature of your own mind, cutting off the root. Not seeing anything is the nature of abiding in the natural state, the mind of the Guru, the non-dual wisdom, directly seeing the true meaning of the inseparability of one's own mind and reality. Therefore, without fabrication, attachment, discrimination, acceptance, or rejection, rest in that state. This is a profound key instruction for the self-liberation of samsara and nirvana in the spontaneously accomplished great perfection of the Dharmakaya, free from pleasure, pain, and characteristics. In the net of clear light, the appearance is spoken by the Dakini Vidyadhari. For the self-liberation of the experience of blazing sound, the mantra name is made by Gagawa. The depths of one's own mind are the actual wisdom of the Buddhas.
