Finally, I prostrate. In the evening, do the same or meditate on any of the Trekchö (Khregs Chod) practices. Then, at the end of the session, practice dying, Phowa (འཕོ་ལུང་), giving away the body, merging sleep into luminosity, etc., just like before. The blessing of Tögal (Thod rgal) is bestowed, as it says in the New Treasures, "Bless this place," which is found in the lower part. It seems that for everyone, at the end of the session, there should be dedication and aspiration prayers, and at the beginning of the session, there should be the generation of bodhicitta. Thus, the method of putting practice on the right track: Gaga pa, the madman in the snowy mountains, with the thought of benefiting himself and others, may all beings attain Buddhahood through the merit of writing this! For the four yogis who constantly practice view, meditation, conduct, and result, there are nine deviations. If the view is seen as nihilistic, as if there is nothing, it will deviate into the formless realm. If the luminosity of appearance is seen as completely separate, it will deviate into the form realm. If emptiness and form are clung to as pure liberation, it will deviate into the desire realm. If, in meditation, one meditates single-pointedly without thought, it will deviate into calm abiding, so the antidote is to cherish bringing forth the clear intensity of awareness. If one meditates on the clear appearance with intervals, cutting it off, it will deviate into the alaya consciousness, so the antidote is to bring forth clear appearance in non-elaboration. If one meditates on emptiness by blocking arising sensations, it will deviate into infinity, so rest in the nature without any blocking. If, in conduct, one does not become unattached and acts in an ordinary way no matter what happens, it will deviate into a non-divine state like a madman (observation). If one clings to words, it will turn into the eight worldly concerns, so abandon clinging to sectarianism. If the mind does not focus on appearance, even if one is blankly staring, if one does not grasp the face of awareness, it will deviate into dullness and non-disclosure, so it is important to grasp the face of awareness. Now, for the yogi who meditates on the Fruitional Lugu Gyü (Lugu Gyu), there is no deviation other than the mere intrusion of conceptual analysis. As it says in the Six Longchenpas, "There is no deviation in Lugu Gyü." There are many ways of dying. Like a dakini, at the moment of death, the body dissolves into the dharmadhatu in an instant, or like space, in the naturally abiding dharmadhatu free from contraction and expansion, parts or halves of the body disappear from non-appearance, and these three ways of dying, where first the body disintegrates into particles and then dissolves into the dharmadhatu, are Trekchö (Khregs Chod). The body rising into a light body is the way of dying like a vidyadhara, like Padmasambhava, benefiting beings with a light body. The body dissolving into the dharmadhatu as a mass of light is the way of dying like a fire. The body is enveloped in rainbow light and then becomes smaller and smaller.

Also, hair and nails slightly remain, transforming into a small rainbow body, these are the ways of death in Tögal (Breakthrough). Furthermore, like a child, dying without knowing when, dying without calculating the time of death, the way of death like a child; like a wild animal, dying in solitude; like a beggar, dying at a crossroads, these are the common ways of death for Trekchö (Cutting Through) and Tögal. Gaga Abhyesso. The red instructions on the essential points of practice, the eight consciousnesses self-liberate.
