Visualize the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities of wearing liberation. Light radiates from yourself and the front, inviting and absorbing the wisdom beings. Offer with the mind. After reaching the number of times, consecrate the essence of the support. Pray that all sentient beings who see, hear, remember, and touch will never turn back from enlightenment. After saying this, conclude with auspiciousness. Then, visualize your root guru bestowing the empowerment of wearing liberation and prostrate. Recite the wearing liberation as much as possible, visualizing the guru as inseparable from the wearing liberation, offer a mandala to the wearing liberation, and touch it to the four places of your crown, throat, heart, and navel. By reciting it once or one time, light emanates from the wearing liberation, pervading existence. Visualize that all obscurations are purified and all perfect accomplishments are attained. 祈请加持我等名为“某某”的身语意三门，祈请令成熟，祈请令解脱，祈请令圆满，祈请令增长，祈请令广大，祈请加持一切佛陀的身语意功德事业无二无别。嘎匝嘎雅瓦嘎匝达玛阿比钦匝吽阿。（藏文）嗡 舍 梭哈。（藏文，梵文天城体：ओṃ ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，啥，梭哈） 归纳起来，仅用最后一个即可。最后：以此圣物佩戴的加持力，我之所见所闻所念所触的一切，当下即能获得解脱，愿一切所系者皆具意义。之后进行吉祥祈愿等。这是嘎嘎阿贝所说的，由书写者噶玛署名。嗡 诶达玛夏达塔塔嘎达约尼诶班迪扎蓝斯德吽吽。（藏文）此为圣物心咒。 自己经常佩戴解脱之道的灌顶补充。

Please bless my body, speech, and mind, known as "so-and-so." Please ripen, please liberate, please fulfill, please increase, please expand. Please bless that all Buddhas' body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities are inseparable. Gadza Kaya Wakka Tsitta Dharma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ Ā. Oṃ Hrīḥ Svāhā. To summarize, only the last one is sufficient. Finally: By the blessing of wearing this sacred object, may all that I see, hear, remember, and touch be liberated immediately, and may all those connected to it be meaningful. Then, perform auspicious prayers and so on. This was said by Gaga Abhyay, written by Karma. Oṃ E Dharma Śata Tathāgata Yoni E Bam Tiṣṭha Lhan Siti Hūṃ Hūṃ.
