灯明自显。 灯明自显。 名为灯明自显之法。其中，妥噶之基础，即是智慧之灯，本自存在于自身。此乃心间名为智慧光明炽燃之宫殿。于此，灯明见清之见解，乃从眼之观视中，于外见到四灯明。不执着于灯明境明之分，是为灯明解脱之见。此灯明亦不于他处寻觅，是为灯明无二之见。此乃灯明之三种见解之第一阶段。又，灯明之修习，不于昏沉掉举分别有无中分别，亦不执着，是为灯明无谬之意。此时，对于外境显现，认为能独立存在之执着，毫无此念，一切皆为灯明之体性，于一刹那间，转移至圆满报身之境地，此乃无言之觉受，显有立于基之修习。略有证悟，然仍为执着显现之智慧，知晓此状态，而于舍取中任运寂灭，是为灯明无勤之意。此乃三种修习之第二阶段。如是修持之时，亦将内在之执着任运寂灭，是为无执自解脱之行。于法界明点之状态中，不放松观视之勤作，以及身等三处之禁锢，是为摩羯手印之行。永不为恶境所转，是为断除犹豫之行。此乃三种行持之阶段。第四，当下之法界明点，乃基现之中阴身，三身之真实显现，不认为是由外缘等所生，是为果决之定解。若未增长，乃因三昧耶不清净，或自续不清净所致，于道上断除邪见，是为果能胜缘之定解。又，若对果位期望过大，乃是境执色界之因，故对此等体性，不作取舍，次第有饰无饰皆可，应以正念摄持。如是，亦应嘎嘎阿毗雅之请，由吉祥名称者所说。 又，于灯明瑜伽中，不放松，是为精进盔甲之钉。于日常行持中，不重视罪业之见，灯明之道。

Lamp Self-Illuminating. Lamp Self-Illuminating. This is the teaching called "Lamp Self-Illuminating." The basis of Tögal is the lamp of wisdom, which is inherently present within oneself. This is the palace of blazing wisdom light in the heart. The view of seeing the clear lamps is to see the four lamps externally through the way of looking with the eyes. Not clinging to the aspects of the clear lamp realm is called the view of lamp liberation. These lamps are not sought elsewhere, which is the view of the non-duality of the lamps. This is the first stage of the three views of the lamps. Furthermore, the meditation on the lamps is not to discriminate between dullness, agitation, conceptual thoughts, existence, or non-existence, and not to cling to them. This is called the intention of the infallible lamp. At this time, without the clinging that external appearances exist independently, all is the nature of the lamp. In an instant, it is transferred to the state of the complete enjoyment body. This is the unmistaken awareness, the meditation of establishing phenomena and existence on the ground. Even with slight realization, it is still the wisdom of clinging to appearances. Knowing this state, one spontaneously pacifies acceptance and rejection. This is called the intention of the effortless lamp, which is the second stage of the three meditations. When practicing in this way, one also spontaneously pacifies inner clinging, which is called the conduct of non-clinging self-liberation. Not relaxing the effort of looking in the state of the sphere and bindu, and not loosening the three seals of the body, etc., is called the conduct of the Makara mudra. Never turning towards negative circumstances is called the conduct of cutting off doubt. This is the stage of the three conducts. Fourth, the current sphere and bindu are the actual manifestation of the three kayas of the bardo of the ground appearance. Not thinking that it arises from external causes, etc., is the confidence of decisive fruition. If it does not increase, it is because the samaya is impure or one's own mindstream is impure. Cutting off wrong views on the path is the confidence of the fruition that overcomes conditions. Furthermore, having great expectations for the fruition is the cause of clinging to the realm of form. Therefore, one should not accept or reject such a nature, and one can gradually adorn or not adorn it, and one should be mindful of it. Thus, it was spoken at the request of Pal Drak by Gaga Abhya. Furthermore, not relaxing from practicing lamp yoga is the nail of the armor of diligence. In daily practice, not valuing sinful views is the path of the lamp.

智钉。观看时他人无法看见，是誓言行持的智钉，即三钉。 如果见解没有提升，则通过在显现和存在中生起空性的定解，成为胜观智慧稳固的关键。如果修习没有提升，则通过修持上师瑜伽，成为明灯道路解脱的关键。如果行为没有提升，则通过反复进行迁转，成为法性自生融入的关键，此为三者。 那时，对于由显现之光体验而认为了解他人心续等没有真实执着，是明灯降伏。对于诸神和空行母的预言之声充满显现和存在，没有虚妄分别的习惯，是名声降伏的关键。此外，对于因各种各样的乞求而生起不愿安住的念头，具有降伏动摇和勤作的把握，此为三者。 如此知晓必定获得解脱，在道路上宣说，则能追随一切佛陀。此为有生之年的最后佛法的精髓，从忙于七组三事的状态中，即使文字出现错误也不隐瞒而说出。愿能圆满吉祥称的意愿。愿能清净分别之障，消除业惑罪障。从三界空性中获得三身之权。听闻解脱。嘎嘎梭。 明灯自明。

The wisdom nail. When looking, others cannot see it, it is the wisdom nail of upholding the samaya, that is, the three nails. If there is no improvement in view, then by generating certainty in appearance and existence as emptiness, it becomes the key to the stability of the wisdom of vipassanā. If there is no improvement in practice, then by practicing Guru Yoga, it becomes the key to the liberation of the lamp's path. If there is no improvement in conduct, then by repeatedly performing transference, it becomes the key to the self-arising of Dharmata being integrated, these are the three. At that time, having no true attachment to thinking that one understands the minds of others through the experience of the light of appearance, is the subduing of the lamp. The sound of prophecies of gods and dakinis filling appearance and existence, having no habit of false discrimination, is the key to subduing fame. Furthermore, having the confidence to subdue wavering and effort due to the arising of the thought of not wanting to stay due to various requests, these are the three. Knowing this, one will surely attain liberation, and by proclaiming it on the path, one can follow all the Buddhas. This is the essence of the final Dharma of this lifetime, from the state of being busy with seven sets of three things, even if there are errors in the letters, I speak without concealing them. May the wishes of Glorious Fame be fulfilled. May the obscurations of discrimination be purified, and may the karmic and afflictive obscurations be removed. From the emptiness of the three realms, may the power to attain the three bodies be bestowed. Liberation through hearing. Gaga So. The Lamp Self-Illuminates.
