中脉之中，心脏的中央，有金色的脉。 中脉之中，心脏的中央，有金色的脉。 中脉之中，心脏的中央，有金色的脉。 在那中央，依靠五种精华聚集的明点，安住着觉性的智慧。 在中脉之中，从心脏的顶端算起四指的距离，那金色的脉变成三根，右边是笔直的白色丝线，左边是纤细的白色缠绕，来回弯曲的两根脉刺入眼睛里。 从心脏的内部，连接到肺部的一根脉，插入一根透明管状的白色脉，虽然外面是白色的，但里面充满了五种光芒，这都是脉。 从中脉之内的光脉中，五种颜色的光芒照射到五个脉轮的所有脉瓣上。 右边是若玛脉，左边是江玛脉，二者像铁钩一样缠绕着。 中脉之中，心脏的中央，有金色的脉。

From within the heart, a vein connected to the lung, a white transparent tube-like vein is inserted, although the outside is white, the inside is filled with five lights, all of these are veins. From the light vein within the central channel, lights of five colors shine onto all the petals of the five chakras. On the right is the Roma vein, and on the left is the Kyangma vein, the two are intertwined like iron hooks. Within the central channel, in the center of the heart, there is a golden vein.
