With eyes half-closed, the sun and moon as support, breathing out through the nostrils, and maintaining the posture of a sage, this is the key point. Especially at sunset, focusing on a single empty dot lamp within the heart, practice transference. Dissolve the principal deity residing in the fields of manifestation in the ten directions above five hundred kotis into their heart. Again, visualize the principal deity transforming into a light-dissolving dot, descending and dissolving into one's own heart, thinking that one has power over vajra-like life, and visualize light rays filling the entire body. During the intermediate state practice, thinking that I am at the time of death, that nothing is of benefit and that I am not attached to anything, perform consciousness transference, and in the state of the dimension dot, I transfer my consciousness, make such aspirations and simultaneously remain in equipoise again and again. By this, one will attain liberation in the second bardo.
