རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར། རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར། རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར་ཐོབ་དུས་འདིར། །ངེས་མེད་འཆི་བས་ཉེན་གྱིས་ནི། །ནམ་ཞིག་དུས་ན་བཏབས་ནའང་། །གློ་བུར་དུ་ཡང་ཅི་ཆ་སྟེ། །དེ་བས་བློ་རྒྱ་མ་ཆེ་ཞིག །ཚེ་འདིའི་བྱ་བ་སྔར་བསྒྲུབ་ནས། །དེ་ནས་ཕྱི་མའི་དོན་བསྒྲུབ་པར། །འདོད་པ་འགོང་པོ་རྔམས་པོ་ཆེ། །དེ་ཕྱིར་རིག་པ་རང་ཞལ་བ། །སྒྲིབ་བྱེད་གཟུང་འཛིན་སེམས་ཡིན་ཏེ། །དེ་ནི་རྣམ་རྟོག་འགྱུ་བ་ཟེར། །འགྱུ་མེད་གསལ་སྟོང་ཟང་མ་ཐལ། །བལྟས་ན་མི་མངོན་བཞག་ན་གསལ། །དེ་ལས་མེད་དོ་སྐལ་ལྡན་པ། །རིག་རིག་པོ་ལ་ཏུར་ཏུར་བོ། །སེམས་ཡིན་རིག་པ་གཟུང་འཛིན་བྲལ། །དེ་ལྟར་བཞག་ན་ཧད་དེ་བ། །ཆོས་སྐུ་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི། །རིག་པ་དེའོ་དེའི་ངང་བསྐྱང་། །བསྒོམ་པ་ཞེས་པ་ལོག་ན་མེད། །དེ་བསྒོམ་སྤྱོད་འབྲས་མཐའ་ལ་ཕྱིན། །དེ་སྐད་པྲཛྙཱ་མ་ཏི་ཡིས། །བསྐུལ་བཞིན་ག་གཱ་ཨ་བྷྱེས་བྲིས། །དགེའོ། ། རྙེད་དཀའི་དལ་འབྱོར།

难得的闲暇。 难得的闲暇。 难得的闲暇获得之时， 无常死亡威胁着， 无论何时降临， 突然发生也说不定。 因此不要太贪心， 先完成今生的事情， 然后完成来世的事情， 欲望是巨大的魔鬼。 因此，觉性是自明的。 遮蔽的是能取所取之心， 那就是分别念的流动。 无流动的明空赤裸裸， 看时不见，住时明了。 除此之外别无他法，有缘者。 觉性，觉性，清清楚楚。 心是觉性，离能取所取。 那样安住，就会惊呆。 法身，无戏论的伟大， 那就是觉性，于其本性中修持。 所谓的禅修没有错谬， 那样禅修，行持，果达到究竟。 如是般若智所说， 受其激励，嘎嘎阿贝所写。 善哉！ 难得的闲暇。

The mind is awareness, free from grasping and being grasped. If you abide like that, you will be amazed. The Dharmakaya, the great freedom from elaboration, That is awareness, cultivate within its nature.
