If it is said that samsara and nirvana are spontaneously accomplished, then liberation and delusion will become either dual or non-dual, which leads to the fault of unreasonable cause and effect. If it is said to be primordially pure, then the arising of samsara cannot be explained. If it is said to be uncertain, then it leads to everything being included and confusion in understanding. If it is said to be certain, then it leads to delusion for the unawakened, and the impossibility of liberation for the awakened, ultimately becoming permanent. If it is said to be transformable, then it is no different from being uncertain. If it is said to be admissible, then it falls into self-contradiction. If it is said to be diverse, then it falls into the fault of multiplicity. These are the seven faults. Furthermore, the basis of manifestation of self-nature is unobstructed, which is spontaneous accomplishment. The essence transcends words and thoughts, which is primordial purity. Without any bias, it is uncertain. The essence of the dharma nature is unchanging, which is the meaning of certainty. Delusion can be purified, so it is transformable. The mode of expression is to show anything that can be taken as an example from various aspects.
