Behind is Mi Yo Lang Zang Mar (Unwavering Good Cow), red, holding a wish-fulfilling cow in her hand. To the left is Chöpen Drin Zang Jang (Green-Necklaced Jewel Crown), green, holding a flourishing wish-fulfilling tree. Surrounded by a retinue of a hundred thousand medicine women.
