The root is not cut, one plays on the branches; The stupa is not revered, one tramples in reverse; From that, one wanders on the path of mouth and rock; The secret Great Mamo of benefit and harm! Riding on the channels, she flows in the blood; She is the master of the heart, limbs, and senses; By doing the work of arising and entering, pure and impure; The Great Mamo between entering and knowing! Pure and impure, she nourishes body and mind; The eighteen realms are the wordless mother; Again, the Dharma-sound of Lava is high; The secret Great Mamo of the realms! Especially in the world of form; Looking and laughing, embracing with touch; The festival of bliss and joy is given to the hand; The Great Mamo of the mudra of Rati! From the three places, such as the peak of Mount Meru; With subtle dances, she is furious without a waist; She is self-sufficient in all kinds of activities; The Great Mamo who quickly accomplishes activities! In short, all the movements and changes of samsara and nirvana; Are the dance steps of the Wisdom Mamo; All the signs, sounds, and Brahma-voices of the environment; Are the laughter of the Dharma-nature Mamo; Realization, awareness, experience, and mental focus

我等众生，乃是大乐佛母之结合解脱。 无论何时何地，佛母无所不作。 以庄严之姿，守护轮回涅槃之门。 具力佛母，绽放奇妙之美。 疾病瘟疫，鲜血与诅咒皆被摧毁。 誓言佛母，威慑神变之力。 凶兆、叛乱、灾难与战乱。 乃是世间佛母之威力和力量。 时局动荡、兵器劫难、饥荒等等。 乃是罪业所致，佛母之残酷。 宗教、政治、权力与一切所需所愿。 乃是护教佛母之成就。 因此，赞叹见义勇为之功德。 以恭敬供奉之加持力。 愿神变和疾病平息于自身。 智慧尊者，请安住于您之本位。 护持佛陀之教法和持教者。 摧毁野蛮人之恶毒教法。 瑜伽士我，请您护佑。 勿违誓言，萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）。 祈愿所托之事得以成就。 念诵此咒一遍，即可断除一切恶时期的瘟疫。 肉食霍尔女真实于梦中赐予嘎嘎阿贝。 吉祥！ 祈请咒语守护者肉食霍尔女，佛母之笑声。

We all, are the union and liberation of the Great Bliss Mother. Whatever the time and place, the Mother does everything. With a majestic posture, she guards the gates of Samsara and Nirvana. The powerful Mother, blooms with wondrous beauty. Diseases, plagues, blood, and curses are all destroyed. The oath-bound Mother, possesses the power of awe-inspiring transformations. Omens, rebellions, disasters, and wars. Are the power and strength of the worldly Mother. Turbulent times, weapon calamities, famines, and so on. Are due to sins, the cruelty of the Mother. Religion, politics, power, and all needs and desires. Are the accomplishments of the Dharma-protecting Mother. Therefore, praise the merit of seeing righteousness and acting bravely. By the blessing of respectful offerings. May transformations and diseases subside within oneself. Wise one, please abide in your own place. Protect the Buddha's teachings and the holders of the teachings. Destroy the evil teachings of the barbaric people. Yogi me, please protect and help me. Do not break the oath, Samaya (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Vow). May the entrusted tasks be accomplished. Reciting this mantra once will cut off all plagues of evil times. The flesh-eating Hor woman actually gave Gaga Abhe in a dream. May there be auspiciousness!
