三界自在王的圆满祈供如意宝瓶。 三界自在王的圆满祈供如意宝瓶。 三界自在王的圆满祈供如意宝瓶安住于此。 རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ༔ （藏文） ཨ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文） ཀྱཻ༔ 祈请三世诸佛及眷属， 善住于诸佛之教令和誓言， 护持佛法及持教者， 如意莲花护法及其眷属， 祈请降临于此地。 安住于日月莲花之座， 为守护佛法而敬礼。 外供如七珍宝之供品， 内供如五妙欲之供品， 以及忿怒五尊之秘密供品， 药、朵玛、血、嘎巴拉之供品。 珍宝、财物、食物、衣物及庄严， 世间与寂静之圆满富饶无不具足。 于普贤供云之大海中， 以禅定、咒语及手印加持， 献上供养。 愿能自在统摄三界， 所祈求之事无不成就， 消除不顺、恶缘及障碍， 恒时守护，赐予加持， 摧毁怨敌魔障之毒害， 增益并守护食物、财物及受用， 不违誓言，具誓句者。 བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨེ་དམ་བྷ་ལིངྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र समय एदं बलिन्त खाहि，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya edam balinta khāhi，金刚誓言，此供，享用）。 此乃马头明王恩嘎嘎所作。 三界自在王的圆满祈供如意宝瓶。

To all the Buddhas of the three times, together with their retinues, Who perfectly abide by the command and samaya, Who protect the teachings and those who uphold them, The Wish-Fulfilling Lotus, protector of the teachings, Together with your retinue, I invite you to come to this place! Be seated upon the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus, I prostrate to you for the sake of protecting the teachings. Outwardly, I offer the seven precious substances of enjoyment, Inwardly, the five objects of desire, And the secret offerings of the five wrathful ones, The medicinal substances, torma, rakta, and kapala offerings. Treasures, wealth, food, clothing, and great ornaments, All the complete abundance of samsara and nirvana without exception. In the ocean of Samantabhadra's offering clouds, Through the blessing of samadhi, mantra, and mudra, I offer this offering. May you gather the three realms under your power, May all that is requested be spontaneously accomplished, May you dispel unfavorable circumstances, bad omens, and obstacles, May you always protect and guard, and bestow your blessings, May you utterly destroy the harm of enemies and obstructors, Increase and protect food, wealth, and enjoyment, Do not transgress your samaya, you who possess the samaya!
