克罗玛的日常修持。 克罗玛的日常修持。 克罗玛的日常修持是：嗡（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），忆念圆满空行五种功德者，自身为金刚克罗玛黑母，深蓝黑色一面二手持钺刀颅碗，双足舞姿，以尸林装束为饰，智慧勇士金刚亥母的，心间日轮上邦（藏文：བཾ་，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：邦），周围咒鬘旋转，放出收摄之光，净化障碍，聚集权能加持，获得一切殊胜共同成就。（成就，注释。）思念着，嗡 班杂 瓦Ra合 卓地 嘎里 邦 哈日尼萨 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཝཱ་ར་ཧི་ཀྲོ་ཏི་ཀ་ལི་བཾ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajravārāhi kroti kali vaṃ hari nisa hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 瓦日拉瓦拉ahi 卓地 嘎里 邦 哈日尼萨 吽 啪），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），供养显现分作为方便之供品，于空性法界中顶礼赞叹，以双运一切种（收放注释），具足殊胜者，愿吉祥圆满任运成就！这也是普贤于乐之境所说。 克罗玛的日常修持。

The Daily Practice of Kroma is: Āḥ, in the presence of the five qualities of mindfulness, perfection, and enjoyment, one's self is Vajra Kroma, the Black Mother, dark blue-black, with one face and two hands holding a curved knife and skull cup, two feet in a dancing posture, adorned with charnel ground attire, the wisdom hero Vajravarahi's, in the heart center, on a sun disc, Vaṃ (seed syllable), surrounded by a rotating mantra garland, emanating and gathering light, purifying obscurations, gathering power and blessings, obtaining all supreme and common accomplishments. (Accomplishment, note.) Thinking thus: Oṃ Vajravārāhi Kroti Kali Vaṃ Hari Nisa Hūṃ Phaṭ, Hūṃ, offering the appearance aspect as an offering of skillful means, prostrating and praising in the realm of emptiness, with the union of all kinds (gathering and dispersing, note), possessing the supreme, may auspiciousness be spontaneously accomplished in all ways!
