To the lord of compassion of all the Buddhas, until enlightenment I take refuge, in order to make all beings attain Buddhahood, generate the aspiration and practice bodhicitta. Recite this three times, then in the work text, Hrih! Oneself instantly remembers the complete body, Great Compassion without impurity, one face, two hands, body color white, right hand holding a purifying bathing vase, left hand holding a clear mirror, standing with two feet, possessing the ornaments of complete enjoyment, clear nature of appearance, emptiness, and light, on the white lotus with eight petals in the heart, in the middle of one hundred and eight crystal rosaries, the compassionate golden needle, around the upright, outside the six-syllable heart mantra, the action mantra garland revolves in three layers, the light of recitation worships all the Buddhas, power, blessings, and siddhis without remainder, gather the aspects of the five kinds of light, dissolve into oneself, purify the eye stains, again in the six realms of existence, of all sentient beings in the three realms, purify ignorance, afflictions, and karmic obscurations, on the state of Great Compassion, after placing, think of the empty turning of samsara, Om Mani Padme Hum! 愿吉祥！智慧之光各自领悟，大悲之意境深广，赞叹有缘者显现。班匝匝休 般若 嘉那 阿比钦匝 吽（藏文：བཛྲ་ཙཀྵུ་པྲཛྙཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：वज्रचक्षु प्रज्ञाज्ञान अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：vajracakṣu prajñājñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ，金刚眼 智慧 智 阿比钦匝 吽）如此有时作为灌顶沐浴。其后说些吉祥话。暂时消除风胆痰，究竟远离二三因，清净三眼于空中显现。如是阿苯、俄尔、嘎嘎所说。对此若欲广说，则依大悲经文祈请。 大悲之开眼智慧光明。

After that, say some auspicious words. Temporarily eliminate wind, bile, and phlegm, ultimately free from the two or three causes, the pure three eyes appear in the sky. So said Apen, Ngor, and Gaga.
