Namo Guru Lokeshvara! Possessing the divine eye and the flesh eye, And the Dharma eye and the wisdom eye, Seeing with the Buddha eye, perfectly pure, I prostrate to the great sages! To the pure eyes and the eyes like blooming Utpala flowers, I prostrate to the king of flowers with fragrance! Please make my two eyes completely clear! Bhagavan All-Knowing, with a perfectly pure form, And the lotus-manifesting eye, likewise the great eye, Kind Protector Earth-Heart, with pure eye faculties, I respectfully prostrate to the compassionate eye that does not close! Please make my two eyes completely clear! The Buddha's blooming Utpala and lotus eyes, The lotus-manifesting bloom, the eye possessing ten powers, And also to the one possessing eyes with the power of knowledge, I prostrate with great reverence! Please completely eliminate eye ailments, blurred vision, and impurities! Regarding Dharma and non-Dharma, places and non-places, etc., By seeing the Suchness of all, the union of, May you eliminate with the Dharma eye, The blindness of the eye that sees perfectly pure! The boundaries of past and future lives, and rebirths, etc., Unmanifested because they are hidden from the senses, May you eliminate with the divine eye, Through the power of the perfect Buddha wisdom!
