念诵末尾勾召寿命。 念诵末尾勾召寿命。 早课时，在增广事业的修法完成之后，念诵一两个增广坛城的咒语，末尾勾召寿命。从四方中央勾召寿命母等，以及增广祈请。吽。(藏文:ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हूँ，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: 吽)薄伽梵无量寿等。之后念诵正文结尾。在之后的课时中，念诵传承祈请文，以及勾召寿命金刚铠甲，自身刹那等。两种不同的本尊生起法，用一种即可。念诵至格日底霍之间，之后是正文的修法。主要念诵嗡 阿布涅 阿玉嘉纳 嘿等。在课时末尾，嗡 阿 吽 佛 班杂等。金刚铠甲修法尽力之后，一个增广坛城的咒语，或者一两个，末尾勾召寿命等。晚课末尾，会供等，在停留多久的末尾，五天或七天左右，将所有咒语一个接一个连接起来，完整地念诵。这是口传。 念诵末尾勾召寿命。

In the subsequent sessions, recite the lineage prayer, the life-invoking Vajra Armor, self-generation in an instant, etc. One of the two different deity generation methods is sufficient. Recite up to Girti Ho, then the practice of the main text. Primarily recite Om Apunye Ayurjnana Hrih, etc. At the end of the session, Om Ah Hum Buddha Vajra, etc. After exerting effort in the Vajra Armor practice, one mantra of the expanding mandala, or one or two, and at the end, invoke life, etc. At the end of the evening session, the tsok offering, etc., at the end of however long you stay, for about five or seven days, connect all the mantras one after another and recite them completely. This is the oral tradition. At the end of recitation, invoke life.
