十四根本堕忏悔文——太阳的光芒。 十四根本堕忏悔文——太阳的光芒。 十四根本堕忏悔文——太阳的光芒安住。 于猛烈忏悔的头顶，观想上师金刚萨埵，以具足四力而如是说： 奇妙啊！ 诋毁上师，违背善逝之教言， 加害道友，舍弃菩提心， 蓄意泄精，诽谤宗派， 未成熟宣说秘密，我忏悔。 对五蕴本初成佛生起怀疑和轻蔑， 不度化十方众生，以分别念衡量法性， 舍弃具器弟子应时之誓物， 诋毁智慧女性，我忏悔。 于轮回涅槃平等、无生本来清净中， 如梦一般修持和守护之行相， 违背、超越誓言，以及执着清净戒律的一切， 皆是超越本初解脱大印之教言。 萨玛雅！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：誓言） ཨ་ཀཾ་ཀ་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：阿 刚 嘎 效达 梭哈） 如是，为了自己和他人都能回向念诵， 因受懒惰的支配，以“嘎嘎”之名而略摄。 愿以善根令一切众生获得金刚持果位， 成为从轮回深渊中解脱的大瑜伽士！ 十四根本堕忏悔文——太阳的光芒。

At the crown of intense remorse, Meditate on the Guru Vajrasattva, Endowed with the four powers, speak thus: How wondrous! Slandering the guru and transgressing the Sugata's teachings, Harming fellow practitioners and abandoning bodhichitta, Intentionally emitting semen and denigrating tenets, Proclaiming secrets to the immature, I confess. Doubt and scorn towards the aggregates as primordially enlightened, Not liberating the beings of the ten directions, measuring dharmata with the mind, Rejecting the timely samaya substances for qualified disciples, Slandering wisdom women, I confess. In samsara and nirvana's equality, unborn primordial purity, Practicing and guarding conduct as if in a dream, Transgressing and exceeding vows, and all clinging to pure morality, Are transgressions of the teaching of the Great Seal of Primordial Liberation.
