In the body's secret outer, inner, and secret: beating spiritual siblings, reviling ornaments, beating Dharma friends, engaging with the mother of the guru's Dharma friend, stepping on the guru's shadow, not guarding the three doors, I confess! Speech has three secrets: outer, inner, and secret. The outer also has three: outer, inner, and secret. Lying, divisive speech, and harsh speech are three. All that has been spoken, at this time I confess! The speech's inner outer, inner, and secret are three: speaking Dharma words, contemplating the meaning of the Dharma, dwelling in the true nature of reality, not speaking harshly, not applying slander. These vows, transgressions, and errors, I confess! In the speech's secret outer, inner, and secret: vajra spiritual siblings and the guru's mother, along with the words of the close retinue and the guru, all disparagement of speech, I confess! Mind has three secrets: outer, inner, and secret. The mind's outer also has outer, inner, and secret. Furthermore, being greedy for the guru's wealth, having harmful thoughts towards the community, wrong views and wrong meditation, I confess! The mind's inner outer, inner, and secret are: undisciplined conduct, meditation becoming dull or agitated, all attachment to views of existence or non-existence, all without exception, at this time I confess! In the mind's secret outer, inner, and secret: not separating view and meditation in one session day and night, not meditating on the yidam, not practicing guru yoga, abandoning love and compassion for spiritual siblings, I confess! 修习慈心，断除十不善，行持十善业，恭敬父母，不泄露秘密。（八大）。这是需要守护的誓言。无有和散乱的且却，以及唯一任运顿超的，对于无守护的誓言之种类，违犯、衰损、破损，我忏悔。祈赐清净至上的成就。尽力念诵百字明。对于大圆满誓言的衰损，书写忏悔之法嘎嘎阿贝。以达摩之名满足所愿。 ཀྱཻ༔ 坛城自在上师尊，我以无明烦恼之，身语意之誓言上，违犯错谬我忏悔。四灌外之誓言与，桑哇内之差别等，阿底无上之誓言等，不敬放逸衰损我忏悔。共同体噶清净瑜伽与，扬提明点现证大，轻视恩德违背教诲，无守护超离界限我忏悔。自生大乐之上，视痛苦为轮回我忏悔。自解脱金刚藏之上，迷失于一切烦恼垢染我忏悔。周遍广大本有普贤王，不识自性过失我忏悔。瑜伽忏悔清净力，愿三界轮回皆空寂。说完后念诵莲师百字明。这是希严所说。 衰损忏悔之传承目录简编解脱心宝。

Practice loving-kindness, abandon the ten non-virtues, practice the ten virtues, respect parents, and do not reveal secrets. (The Eight Great Ones.) These are the vows that need to be kept. The vows without guarding, such as those of Trekchö that are without and scattered, and the single, spontaneously accomplished Tögal, I confess all violations, impairments, and breakages. Grant the pure and supreme siddhi. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible. For all the impairments of the Dzogchen vows, write the method of confession, Gaga Abhyé. Fulfill the wishes in the name of Dharma. KYEI! Mandala Lord, precious Guru, I, with ignorance and afflictions, upon the vows of body, speech, and mind, confess all violations, mistakes, and faults. The outer vows of the four empowerments, and the differences of the inner Sangwa, all the Ati unsurpassed vows, I confess all disrespect, carelessness, and impairments. The common Kagyé pure yoga, and the Yangti Thigle great breakthrough of vision, despising kindness, disobeying teachings, I confess transgressing beyond the unguarded boundaries. Upon the spontaneously arising great bliss, I confess seeing suffering as samsara. Upon the self-liberated Vajra Essence, I confess being lost in all afflictive defilements. All-pervading, vast, primordial Samantabhadra, I confess the fault of not recognizing my own nature. By the power of yoga, repentance, and purification, may the three realms of samsara become empty!
