忏悔罪堕清净甘露之妙流。 忏悔罪堕清净甘露之妙流。 忏悔罪堕清净甘露之妙流安住于此。百族之主尊贵的上师，祈请您作为弥补罪堕之证人安住于此。我虽已进入无上乘之门，然于三律仪之誓言，坦白忏悔所有违犯。于愿入戒律三者修学，持金刚铃杵手印之上师，行四种布施与三乘，于事业次第之取舍，忏悔共同之誓言违犯。杀生、不予取、邪淫，以及饮酒食肉之教诫，如实与否及受持之方式未能如法行持，尤其忏悔五部之誓言违犯。诋毁上师，违越善逝之教言，与道友争吵，舍弃慈爱，放弃菩提心，诋毁宗派，泄露秘密，轻蔑蕴身，于清净者生疑，未度化十方众生，我忏悔。以分别念衡量胜义谛，令具信者之心生厌，舍弃应时之供品，诋毁女性，十四根本堕及共同与个别之堕罪，以及二十五种威仪等之违犯，我忏悔。依止未成熟之地，于会供时争吵，取无缘之甘露，以及于具器者，不示秘密真言，于具信者宣说其他法，于声闻众中居住七日，我坦白忏悔。以财物傲慢瑜伽士，于不具信者宣说佛法，以及十五种微细之罪等，无上外内粗大之罪堕，不隐瞒，发露忏悔，祈请赐予清净与成就。阿努之（九种誓言之类别中），身语意行清净，不令善逝有情之心意不悦之，重要之根本决定誓言四种，未如法守护其界限，我忏悔。共同二十八种（身语意与二十五支分），殊胜之四种誓言（无有、庸俗、唯一、任运），修持二十三种威仪之（殊胜之誓言）二十种，（行为常行之四种誓言是）舍弃睡眠与迷醉，不说暗示之语，断除懈怠之侵扰与舍弃魔（五种分别念、懈怠、散乱、恶语、暴怒），摧毁四种怨敌（见、修、行任其散乱之怨敌，见劣行粗之怨敌，衰损之见

Although I have entered the gate of the Unexcelled Vehicle, I confess and admit all violations of the three vows. Training in the three vows of aspiration and engagement, holding the vajra, bell, and hand implements of the Guru, giving the four kinds of generosity and the three vehicles, in the acceptance and abandonment of the order of activities, I confess the common vow violations. Killing, taking what is not given, and sexual misconduct, and the teachings to rely on meat and alcohol, whether they are as they are or not, and the way of taking them is not carried out properly, especially I confess the violations of the vows of the five families. Reviling the Guru and transgressing the words of the Sugata, quarreling with Dharma brothers and sisters, abandoning love, abandoning the mind of aspiration, reviling philosophical tenets, proclaiming secrets, despising the aggregates, doubting the pure, and not liberating the ten directions, I confess. Measuring the ultimate truth with the mind of discrimination, making the minds of the faithful weary, abandoning the appropriate substances, reviling women, the fourteen root downfalls, both general and specific, and the violations of the twenty-five disciplines, etc., I confess. Relying on immature places, arguing during the feast gatherings, taking the nectar without qualification, and to qualified ones, not showing the secret mantra, to faithful ones showing other teachings, staying among the Hearers for seven days, I confess and admit. Being proud of the wealth of the yogis, teaching the Dharma to the faithless, and the fifteen subtle transgressions, etc., the gross downfalls of the Unexcelled Outer and Inner, without concealing, I confess and repent, please grant purification and accomplishment. From Anu's (out of the nine categories of vows), the purity of body, speech, mind, and action, not displeasing the minds of the Sugata beings, the four essential root vows, not properly guarding their boundaries, I confess. The twenty-eight common (body, speech, mind, and twenty-five branches), the four additional vows (non-existent, vulgar, unique, spontaneously accomplished), practicing the twenty-three disciplines (additional vows), the twenty, (the four vows of constant conduct are) abandoning sleep and intoxication, not speaking in code, cutting off the disturbances of laziness and abandoning the demons (five discriminations, laziness, distraction, harsh words, anger, violence), destroying the four enemies (the enemy of view, meditation, and action going astray, the enemy of inferior view and coarse conduct, the view of decline

Cursing offerings and harming the guru's consort. In the presence of the guru's shadow and spirits, engaging in reckless behavior with body and speech, I confess. (The three outer, inner, and secret aspects of the outer speech) Lying 1, slander 2, harsh words 3. (The outer, inner, and secret aspects of the inner speech) Slandering those who speak of Dharma, contemplate meaning, and meditate. (The three outer, inner, and secret aspects of the secret speech) Vajra brothers and sisters, the guru's hand seal wheel. Despising and destroying the guru's words 3, I confess. (The three outer, inner, and secret aspects of the outer mind) Harmful thoughts 1, greedy thoughts 2, wrong views 3, lost. (The outer, inner, and secret aspects of the inner mind) Wrong conduct 1, quarreling, wrong meditation 2, straying and confusion. Wrong views 3, clinging to the extremes of permanence and annihilation. (The outer, inner, and secret aspects of the secret mind) Daily view, meditation, and action, the chosen deity. Towards the guru's yoga, Vajra brothers and sisters, Not having love and compassion in mind, I confess. Ten natures without a way of abiding or taming. Vulgarity with three liberations free from elaboration, And twenty result Dharmas (five bodies, five speeches, five minds, five qualities, five activities) The five are inseparable and spontaneously accomplished. Abiding in the state of single awareness, I confess. Greed 1, stinginess 2, not giving 3, lying 4, idle talk and conduct. Five poisons 5 not abandoned, aggregates 1, elements 2, sense fields 3, faculties 4. Five colors transformed into five wisdoms, accomplishing the five families. Degeneration in the way of enjoying nectar and accepting, rejecting, and practicing, I confess. Thus, all the vows, degenerations, faults, and downfalls of the root and branches of secret mantra, I confess with self-reproach and regret, and vow to abstain from now on. Pure, complete, supreme, common, and actual siddhis.
