上师瑜伽加持宝藏。 上师瑜伽加持宝藏。 上师瑜伽加持宝藏 完毕。 唉玛吙！ 自己是金刚普贤母， 头顶日月莲花座之上， 根本上师普贤王如来之身， 蓝亮裸体，安住于等持跏趺坐。 心间吽字，根本咒语围绕， 三处放光，迎请智慧融入。 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！） 诸佛之上的上师尊， 从法界之中显现身， 降临于此，誓言智慧无二玩， 赐予灌顶加持与成就。 班杂 萨埵 萨玛雅 扎！（藏文：བཛྲ་ཙིཏྟ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛ，梵文天城体：वज्रचित्त समय ज，梵文罗马拟音：vajracitta samaya ja，汉语字面意思：金刚萨埵，誓言，加持！） 恭敬顶礼供养献， 忏悔所有罪堕， 随喜善行祈请住世， 请转法轮劝请善聚。 为得无上菩提而回向。 吙！（藏文：ཧོ，梵文天城体：हो，梵文罗马拟音：ho，汉语字面意思：吼！） 坛城轮之自在主， 诸佛之自性， 珍宝大海之遍主， 请您加持于我！ 吽 吽 吽 班杂 萨埵 嗡！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：हुं हुं हुं वज्रचित्त ओ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ vajracitta oṃ，汉语字面意思：吽 吽 吽 金刚萨埵 嗡！） 尽力以极大之信心与渴仰祈请，获得四灌顶： 上师三处三字放， 白红蓝三色光芒， 融入我的三门， 由此圆满获得四灌顶， 清净业障，成为四道之法器， 于相续中安立四身之果位， 再次自融入于无二之中， 证得普贤无别之果位。 阿 阿 阿！（藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：अ अ आ，梵文罗马拟音：a a ā，汉语字面意思：阿 阿 阿！） 如此，应班智达之请，嘎嘎所造。 上师瑜伽加持宝藏。

I myself am Vajra Kuntuzangmo, Upon the seat of sun, moon, and lotus on my crown, The root guru, the body of Kuntuzangpo, Naked, clear blue, sits in equipoise, in lotus posture. At his heart, a Hūṃ surrounded by the root mantra, Light radiates from the three places, wisdom is invited and absorbed. Hūṃ! Supreme guru of all Buddhas, Arising in form from the realm of Dharma, Come here, enjoy the indivisible union of samaya and wisdom, Grant empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments. Vajra Citta Samaya Ja! With reverence, I prostrate and offer worship, I confess all non-virtues, sins, and transgressions, I rejoice in virtue, request you to remain, and beseech you, Turn the wheel of Dharma, urge the continuous accumulation of merit, Dedicate it for the attainment of unsurpassed enlightenment. Ho! Powerful lord of the mandala wheel, The very nature of all Buddhas, Universal lord of the ocean of jewels, Bless me! Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Vajra Citta Oṃ! With as much as possible, with utmost faith and fervent longing, I request and receive the four empowerments: From the three places of the guru, three syllables radiate, White, red, and blue rays of light, Absorbing into my three doors, Thus, having completely obtained the four empowerments, I am purified of obscurations and become a vessel for the four paths, Establishing the state of the four kayas in my being, Again, dissolving into non-duality, I attain the ground of Kuntuzangpo, inseparable.
